DO NOT BUY FROM THEM
Ordered X2 expensive dog harnesse on 27th May. Waited a week and had received no shipping confirmation even though the items were showing as in stock. Contacted them and received a reply 2 days later saying there had been a stock error and items were in fact not in stock and could I wait until the end of June and they would put a free gift on my account and could offer me a £5 voucher. I replied to say I'd like a refund as I wasn't prepared to wait until the end of June and I've heard nothing. I've left a voicemail on their customer services number which I searched for on Google, I've also left a message on their Facebook page. I have parted with £140 and can't afford for this sort of money to be taken from my bank account (which was taken as soon as I placed the order). I wish I'd read the reviews before I placed an order with this company. The customer service is terrible, and they still have my £140 which is so frustrating as I don't even want the harnesses now, I'm going to have to order them from somewhere that does have stock. They have tricked me into buying something they don't have, taken my money, not even contacted me to tell me they don't have the items, waited for me to ask why my order is taking so long to be despatched and then no reply as soon as I've asked for a refund. It's not fair to treat customers in this way and it's worrying to read that some people are still waiting for refunds months later, so it looks like I'm going to be one of those people. I can't afford to shell out £140 and not see it again for weeks, if at all. I'll report them to Trading Standards like other reviewers have advised and hopefully this will put a stop to their unethical and disgraceful behaviour.
