Paid £165.00 vip family of 4. The experience was poor and no value for money. Even a giant modern day soft play has more features than this place. Absolute waste of money and don’t bother getting VIP as the only queue is the exit!

This actually show how little faith you have in your own products that you have to trick people to buy them and the product is so poor that they will not repeat purchase.

Review of Kenwood Damp Proofing
This company is refusing to service a machine I bought from them 6 years ago even though the machine is still operating. I am not really convinced it did the job that well and is certainly not doing the job now. But I suspect that looking back this PIV machine which was made by Kenwood was probably never functioning properly. They are suppose to give you two services within the warranty period but I was not made aware of this once the machine was installed and did not receive any servicing. I don’t think their warranty is worth the paper written on. They have left me with only option is to buy their upgraded model and there are other PIV machines out there at better price point and warranty which extends beyond 2 years.

I found this item HISENSE PureFlat Slim RF632N4WIE cheaper then curry’s on another website. I then called the curry’s customer service centre to get a price match and order the item as their National advert states we will match any price. I was told that they do not price match with the site I found the item on! As their advert is a lie I will not have to make a complaint to the Advertising agency. Shame on curry’s and will not be buying from scammers like you again.

I don’t understand this organisations existence. Called to ask them about GBIS scheme and was told it has closed down which is not what it states on their website. When I pointed this out to Jolly she told me about another scheme that she knows off which has closed. She was unable to check internally about the scheme I was referring to or pass me to another department. Absolutely useless service and staff.

I was called and told that I qualify for grant funding to have outside insulation. They arranged to send a surveyor out to me but one day before survey I get a call informing me that there is no more government funding scheme which I know is untrue and the salesman went on to say do I have any ideas about this as I still need the work to be done. I told him where to jump and I will be reporting to the FCA! No doubt he was going to sell me a finance package! the governments funding if you qualify is available but the government is only working in partnership with trusted companies and information is available on the government website. Please do not be scammed with taking out finance from these people.

My daughter had a brilliant party here with 21 of her friends. Our party host Liv was amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you so much to the whole Finchley team. We had a bit of a hiccup with the initial telephone booking team but HB did put it right for us and service at Finchley was amazing 🤩

Did not give me option to do advance search so I assumed that this was what I was doing with clear check. I paid extra for fast track and certificate issued 4 days later. Paid £130 in total and certificate is no good to me as basic. Tried to find contact number on website but this is for the DBS team not clear check and they world direct me back to speak to clear check. Clear check ask you how you wish to be contacted on their online form and the only option you can select is post! What a joke and staying away from these scammers.

I made a card payment and immediately the staff member shoved a keyboard at me before I could take my card from the card reader and asked me to put my email address in for my receipt. Having a lot of shopping bags I spotted that my email was wrong but she told me to leave it and she would fix it. I ended up forgetting my card in the card reader because of the staff distraction and realised after I left the store and had to go back. Also I did not get my email receipt. I told the staff member it is not a good practice to distract customers until they have completed their payment transaction as this caused me to forget my card. She was unapologetic and told me it was important for me to have my receipt which I still don’t have! When I shop in other retail shops they usually take your email and confirm this back to me and they certainly ensure you have completed your transactIon first and taken your card back. Very rude member of staff and I will not be shopping at this tacky shop again!

I purchased a pair of sketchers nearly two weeks ago online and I am still waiting! It said free standard delivery but when tracking my order it states I am being charged delivery and tax. I will never buy sketchers again and especially reading all the reviews that their quality has slipped. I did notice the poor quality in the last pair that owned.
Order number SkEC-UK100859135. I am going to raise a dispute with my bank for a refund. Absolutely appalling service as they are not even responding to my emails.
Review of THORPE PARK Resort
I have a nimbus and red accessibility card which is suppose to allow adjustments for my disabled child. I booked tickets back in early February to visit at the end of March. I received an email yesterday stating that pass holders must now reserve the day of their park visit and my date is not available to reserve! I have been told that I can change the date and after an exchange with their park excellence manager they agreed to give me an option of a refund. I am very disappointed by this discriminatory behaviour as they do not want to accommodate disabled people but are happy to take their money! Thorpe park why don’t you reduce the flow of the non disabled people? Are they more important? I actually checked on their booking system and they are still selling tickets for my date visit yet I cannot have accessibility for my son. I am reporting this incident to Equality and Human Rights Commission.

On the 16/12/2023 I spoke to someone in Dyson’s sales department as I was unhappy with my V10 (I have disliked this hoover from the start as lots of faults)and I wanted to see options on upgrading. Unfortunately I could not get a good deal to upgrade but sales kindly offered to instead send me a new battery and filter. I then asked about the Dyson Big Ball Animal as I wanted to also upgrade this to a newer version of my Dyson Cinetic big ball. I specifically told the sales rep I wanted the same size and power style as my existing hoover. Just to make it clear I love my Dyson Cinetic Big Ball and the only reason I wanted to change it was because I have had it for a very long time. My account was locked at the time and I was unable to check the spec of my old hoover to compare this to the big ball animal they had on sale. The sales person checked my account and told me that the big ball animal hoover on sale is more power than the Cinetic big ball that I already have and same size. I ordered this hoover and firstly it is not the same size as my Dyson Cinetic big ball but what was most disappointing is that from first use I can tell it was not as power. I then checked the spec myself and it states that Dyson cinetic big ball suction power is 215aw and the dyson big ball animal that I recently purchased is 90aw suction. I messaged Dyson and the person I dealt with arranged a collection but had no knowledge of which hoover had the same power as my Dyson Cinetic. The next day i received a cancellation notification for my collection. I called DPD who told me the cancellation was by Dyson. I called Dyson and they maintained my collection was going through then sent me email confirmation with a different collection number! Clearly they had cancelled my original collection and did not even apologise. After owning 4 Dyson’s I am appalled at the lack of customer support and find it bizarre how their customer services particularly sales have no in depth knowledge of their own products. They are just a large call centre winging it and have now lost a customer.

I booked with travel lodge for the first time and realised I had booked in the wrong area. I cancelled my booking within the same hour as it was placed (1577451440) and apparently I am not entitled to my money back because it is a saver room. I had no idea about this policy when I was booking. I am disgusted that travel lodge get to keep my money without even providing accommodation. I will now dispute this through my bank as feel paying £58 is very excessive for a saver room when the service is not provided or used. I will never book with this hotel group again and do not recommend.
Review of Canterbury Travel
The whole experience was excellent and well organised by Canterbury Travel. Our Canterbury guide Matthew on coach Y was just the best! We had issues with our Cabin and he instantly alerted the right people and we were transferred to better accommodation. His enthusiasm and entertainment on the coach was just contagious and made the experience so enjoyable. The whole experience was magical and our highlights were seeing Father Christmas, reindeer & the Husky rides. Our only disappointment was we never actually got to do snow mobile riding. We found out children had to be 140cm in height to accompany an adult on a snow mobile. They offered mini snow mobiles for kids but some of these were not working onsite and with only two available and a long queue waiting in the cold we just retreated back to the coach without riding as the cold just got the better of us! However we did enjoy the sleigh ride to and from the ski mobile track. All the staff were friendly and helpful especially hotel site manager (lady with long blonde hair whose name I forgot to take I think it’s Libby). Dispute the couple of issues mentioned the whole experience was good value and I highly recommend. We have treasured memories from this fantastic experience.

I ordered an iPhone 14 Plus case via Debenhams online and after 1 week I was sent the wrong item (ear pods case). I raised a complaint with Debenhams and was told my item was sent incorrectly by an associate d company called Lovebrands and I would have to wait for a few days for them to respond to Debenhams. After insisting I just wanted a refund they eventually gave me return label with instructions to return. I have in the meantime ordered the same item from elsewhere and received it in two days whilst I am still waiting for Debenhams to refunded me. Debenhams use to be a trusted name but now I will never order from them again!

Review of Apple
Apparently they no longer include power adapters with their products to help the environment which conveniently reduces their costs of production. However costs saved are not passed to customers as price products the same with or without adaptor. I would deem that the phones are not fit for purpose without adaptor as they cannot operate without power. I wonder if they will now start selling their laptops without power leads if they claim this is an environmental choice or is there to much competition for them to extend their greedy profit making. Perhaps they would have a change of heart if we stop buying their products to save the environment. I will be looking at alternative phone options for my next upgrade.
