Unexpected excellence on RI Avenue!

My husband and I took 4 grandkids ages 8, 8, 6, and 5. We had thought the experience might be more for toddlers, but it turned out to be perfect for kids in kindergarten through third grade. We especially liked the giant "swimming pool" filled three-feet deep white ball-pit balls. The kids could dive in, fall backwards, and disappear below the surface; chase one another, etc. Good for one adult to get in too, to pull kids back to the surface. We also loved watching a bubble fantasia on VR headsets. At another station, kids could draw colorful patterned fishes, scan them, and a few seconds later their fish appeared swimming in a coral-reef scene that stretched across a giant wall. Our kids liked it so much we went through all 11 environments twice. We were there over 3 hours.

Dear Bubble Planet Team,

Dear Bubble Planet Team,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my visit to Bubble Planet today.

My family and I live in Forest Gate, and my children had been eagerly looking forward to visiting Bubble Planet for a long time after seeing videos online. Today, we finally made the trip, and the kids were very excited to experience it.

Everything was fine until we reached the Dome area, where we were met with a very unpleasant and strong smell. The odour was so bad that it became difficult to breathe, and it continued throughout the corridor and into the balloon area. It smelled as though the area had not been cleaned properly for a long time. The smell intensified as we moved along, and I began to feel nauseous and had to sit down. I even had to use a perfumed tissue to mask the smell.

I spoke to one of your team members at the time and shared my feedback about this issue. However, as the smell became unbearable, I had to ask my husband and children to leave immediately. Unfortunately, this cut our visit short, and we were unable to enjoy or experience the attraction as intended.

This was extremely disappointing, especially given the excitement and anticipation my children had for this visit. Considering the circumstances, I kindly request a full refund for our tickets, as we were unable to enjoy the experience due to the unbearable conditions.

I have attached proof of our tickets to this email for your reference.
Please take this complaint seriously and ensure that similar issues are addressed so that other visitors do not face the same situation.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Kind regards,

Bubble Planet Wembley

I went to Bubble Planet Wembley with my partner and our 18-month-old son, and it was a complete letdown. The place does not live up to the social media advertising at all.

Instead of a fun, immersive family experience, it felt like an overpriced and poorly put together pop-up inside a warehouse.

It was overcrowded, especially in the smaller areas, which made it stressful with a toddler. To make matters worse, the venue smelt awful! like a mix of pee, body odour, popcorn, and curry. It was really unpleasant to be in, and certainly not worth the ticket price.

Overall, it was underwhelming, uncomfortable, and badly organised. I would not recommend Bubble World Wembley to anyone, especially families with young children.

Good photos but dirty and stinks

Looks great in photos but the whole place stank of stale pee… to the point I just wanted to rush round to get it over with. Kids enjoyed the ball pit but it just smelled so bad. Can’t believe what I paid for a family of 4 to get in. You will get cool photos but that’s about the only positive I can give

Fun experience

Recently visited Bubble Planet in Wembley. A group of 5 went 3 adults and 2 children not sure who had the most fun! Despite what people say it is very clear what you can and can’t take in on their website and you do not have to leave your belongings we had a small backpack and took it round with us. My son who has sensory needs absolutely loved the experience and felt very at ease and loved exploring each room, that’s not to say it’s for all sensory children and they are all different and it does get busy, we just hung back. It was very busy but we expected that but the rooms were fun, took around an hour you could take longer or quicker if you wish. We didn’t rush and didn’t feel rushed. Overall we enjoyed it and I would go back if I was in the area just too see my children’s faces whilst exploring each room. It was clean, bar and snacks very overpriced but that’s expected in that area, didn’t use the vr experience as my children didn’t fancy it. It was clean enough despite being busy. I would say read the website on the do and do nots and extra charges as it is all on there.

Employees are thieves & very dirty

This area is known for being a huge area for trafficking. Also this specific place is very dirty, you can see the dirt on the interactive displays and caked on the floors, ect. Their employees are also thieves. My daughter lost a personnel item, I went back to get it. I was told by an employee it was in their possession, he remember seeing it, as it was a very distinct collectors item and he proceeded to go check the back, and the lost and found. It had been a period of three days since she had left it. This same employee was also there the day we visited and the item was lost. After checking the lost and found, and the back he stated they no longer had it, meaning one of the employees over the course of the last three days had stolen her personnel item. She cried for this item for days.

Honest review

It's a nice experience for older children. However my 6 year old who is autistic with sensory processing delay and global development delay found it very overwhelming too crowded and overstimulating as staff kept yelling no running, no jumping and don't touch the inflatables. If it was more thought out the experience probably would've been different but with any autistic child having lots of rules yelled at you at once can be overwhelming and even with vip passes to apparently avoid queues didn't go to plan as he still had to queue up. Other than that my 5 year old enjoyed most of it but he got bored after 2 sections

I must be missing something. Go else where

I must be missing something. We had the grand kits with us this week and decided to check it out. My bad for trusting the business web site for their reviews. Over priced and marginally entertaining. It cost almost $150 plus parking for 2 seniors and 2 children 11 years old. It took 45 min to get there with all the traffic and took us only 30mins to get thru the facility. I read articles claiming people spent a few hours going through. That must have included nap time for the kids and parents! As I arrived in the door I realized this place is more for toddlers and smaller children at best. Definitely not an adult adventure. Plus once inside they hit you up for add-ons. What a scam! Save your hard earned money. How does a place like this survive. Are people that gullible. I guess I was. But if this review helps just one family them its done its job.

Wembley bubble planet

Very over priced for what u actually get .
And suitable for more babies personally to say 6-7 year olds .
The staff are rude , brought all 3 of my children with me , my sons got followed by staff like they where criminals upto no good 🫣
And told off for what seems like everything so they just walked around and didn’t do anything which was a complete waste of time and money .
Not a fault of there’s but of the staff here .
You can’t get a refund no matter what so I’d defo think twice before booking to go here .
Babies / little kids it’s fine ( just over priced ) if u have older kids I wouldn’t bother .

Thank you Dee,Elissia,& Rebecca!!!!

We had the most wonderful experience celebrating my son’s 2nd birthday at Bubble Planet (Wembley Park), thanks to Dee and Elissia. From start to finish, they were absolutely amazing hosts — so friendly, attentive, and caring. They made sure every detail was perfect and went above and beyond to make my son’s day truly special. He had a fantastic time, and it was all down to their warmth and professionalism. Their manager should be extremely proud to have such incredible team members. Thank you, Dee and Elissia, for making memories we’ll cherish forever! I also like to thank Rebecca for her online help and support!!!! Will definitely recommend Bubble Planet to family and friends

Don’t waste your money or time

I really wanted to love the Bubble Experience Washington D.C and share a great memory with my son — but unfortunately, our experience was incredibly disappointing.

We flew into DC with plenty of time before our 6:00 p.m. ticketed entry. I even paid extra for the “Flex Ticket” option, which was presented as a kind of insurance. But due to a major airline delay outside of our control, we were stuck at Newark Airport for 4.5 hours and didn’t arrive in DC until after 7:00 p.m.

As soon as we landed, I reached out to FEVER (the ticketing platform) to explain the situation and ask for help. While their response was quick, their customer service was cold and rigid. They repeated the same line over and over: “As stated in our Terms of Use, all sales are final.” No flexibility. No empathy. No options. Not even a credit toward a future event.

Policies exist for a reason — I get that. But when someone has gone out of their way to plan, pay extra for flexibility, and communicates in good faith, a little human understanding goes a long way. Sadly, none was offered.

So would I recommend the Bubble Experience? No. In a city filled with incredible museums, immersive exhibits, and cultural events that do treat their guests with care — spend your time and money elsewhere. DC has so much better to offer

Incorrectly charged

Incorrectly charged, refused refund despite staff error

I was charged for 3 adult tickets instead of 2 adults and 1 child at Bubble Planet (Wembley). I raised the issue on the day, and venue staff acknowledged the mistake but said they couldn’t issue a refund. I was instructed to contact Fever directly.

Despite clearly explaining that this was a staff error, Fever repeatedly refused a refund, quoting blanket “no refunds” terms — ignoring the fact that I paid for something I didn’t receive. They also claimed they didn’t have access to the ticket data, even though I paid by credit card at the venue.

There was no flexibility, no escalation route offered, and no accountability. I’ve since filed a complaint with Citizens Advice and am pursuing a chargeback with my bank.

Extremely disappointing service. Be cautious — if something goes wrong, it seems you’re on your own.

Sydney June Bubble Planet

This is regarding the new Sydney operation in Olympic Park... there are a few areas to note: 1. The ladies on reception are quite rude and uncaring. 2. If you arrive and have only booked for the children, because the website/ app lets you.. then you cant enter, we were told "there are no more tickets left so your kids cant enter, this isnt a child minding service" (?!) (this was happening to many families turning up) 2. email receipts of the tickets had not been sent, so it was hard to prove we had tickets as their systems didnt work well 3. it is a LOT of money for basically balloons and a ball pit.......

Visited on a Sunday with my10 year old daughter and wife. We spend one hour here. Looks run down and not worth the price they charge. Plus they charge you extra if you want to do the VR. Please don’t waste your time or money. Read other reviews first and see what they say also.

Absolute waste of money

£75 for a 40 min walk around. About less then ten stops to walk through. It's literally a pop up thing. Isn't even a proper building. I can't believe they change that much for it.
Drove 1 hour there and 1 hour back, its so dolled up and hyped about on social media. It's nothing like that in real.
Don't bother going unless u get more then less half price tickets!

Overpriced and looks unfinished

Paid £165.00 vip family of 4. The experience was poor and no value for money. Even a giant modern day soft play has more features than this place. Absolute waste of money and don’t bother getting VIP as the only queue is the exit!
