Poor customer service and rude staff …

I made a card payment and immediately the staff member shoved a keyboard at me before I could take my card from the card reader and asked me to put my email address in for my receipt. Having a lot of shopping bags I spotted that my email was wrong but she told me to leave it and she would fix it. I ended up forgetting my card in the card reader because of the staff distraction and realised after I left the store and had to go back. Also I did not get my email receipt. I told the staff member it is not a good practice to distract customers until they have completed their payment transaction as this caused me to forget my card. She was unapologetic and told me it was important for me to have my receipt which I still don’t have! When I shop in other retail shops they usually take your email and confirm this back to me and they certainly ensure you have completed your transactIon first and taken your card back. Very rude member of staff and I will not be shopping at this tacky shop again!
