Great collection particularly if you are having wide feet or require wide fit shoes. The senior owners are much more customer focussed, friendlier and helpful than the younger owners who come across a little less friendlier. May be just my perception but again, these little things matter. Fact is, today they happen to have the biggest collection of great brands for wide feet. They have to be careful as all it needs is one competitor and customers they have built over decades could be lost. Had they been a bit more customer friendly would give them a 6 STAR

Lebara offers great value - great packages, extremely good connectivity in most countries and more than anything, a human available at the other end to speak. Just now I was supported by Santosh and he was so good and polite, I wish all providers have this good customer support. Well done Lebara. By the way, I have introduced 100’s of customer to choose Lebara and everyone is happy.

Alway prompt to remind when you are close to time for reordering and then ensuring prompt deliveries once the surgery authorises repeat prescription. Great service and never had a reason to complain or rethink about their service.

It is ridiculous you cannot reach out directly to anyone except via e-mails in case you have issues. Pure Gym suggest reaching out to them via Facebook / FB Messenger or X (previously Twitter) - although no one appear to be responding to these in a quick timely manner. Keep this in mind when signing up that any service would take time. Thats said, facilities at the gym are excellent.

Recently bought a LG65 inch OLED TV. What an amazing positive experience. I would very strongly recommend Richer Sounds Swiss Cottage anytime as a 1st and last stop for all consumer electronics goods. Have to acknowledge Connor and Suresh for their terrific customer service. Their delivery company delayed the delivery and when I brought it to the attention of Connor and Suresh, within minutes they chased up and ensured an enhanced delivery and an additional free set up. They also went out of the way to further take good care through a kind goodwill gesture to compensate for the inconvenience if any due the delay further demonstrating the customer value proposition they practise. Overall an amazing experience. Thanks Connor and Suresh.

I had my EV charger installed by SED EV Chargers. I would highly recommend them any day as an extremely professional organisation who provide excellent service. From the moment they responded to my online request, they worked with me to visit my place, review the options and provided me with a quote all
in a timely manner. This was followed up with an installation within an acceptable lead time (when most other installers were not responding or were quoting months for an appointment). The team led by Sean recommended EASEE Charger and I am indeed pleased to have gone with this recommendation. On the installation day, the technicians turned up on time and carried out a clean job. A big thanks to team of Sean, Ray, Amina, Tommy and Brooks of SED for a great job done thoroughly professionally.
