Very friendly, helpful delivery drivers. Was able to track delivery at each stage of journey. Product placed to our specifications without fuss, even though they had to negotiate the detritus of what was moving in day.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Was thinking about running away from home, But didn’t fancy the bus or the train and prefer the thought of style, substance and comfort combined. Will leave the car for my hubby and sail Into the sunset with my new motorhome. That’s If I win of course.

7/8 phone calls to say meter is broken since a power cut. Not registering any details, black screen. Every time they will phone back from a southern equatorial base with an appointment. Mair chance of getting a telegram fae the ex queen. They do however send letters every few weeks to say I haven’t topped up. I wonder why?

Day 4 where Hermes have allegedly attempted to deliver my next day delivery item. Amazon states delivery on hold due to external factors!!! Why do Hermes lie? Where’s the calling card if they were at my door? Fuming with them. So much aggravation and frustration trying to get in touch and you go around in circles. Wasting my time and energy. Robots r us. Machinery like “Holly” does not compute and blocks any attempt to ask a question. If it’s not on the list of the inbuilt programming, you’re flogging a dead horse. 6200572167728610 ID. Company should be renamed haemorrhoids.
Not impressed by a company that sends a message saying delivery on hold with no valid reason. If there was an attempted delivery surely they put a card through the door. It would have been easy because front door had been open for about 4 hours with various large items of furniture and rugs getting delivered today. Tried to speak to someone at Hermes, got the robot telling me it was on its way. No mention of delivery on hold or what other information they say they need to deliver the goods. Name and address obviously insufficient. After much faffing about discovered “Holly” chat service. Painful process giving options that weren’t relevant. Finally a non respondable email arrives.We’ll get back to you... still waiting. Tracking number 6200572167728610.
