7/8 phone calls to say meter is broken…

7/8 phone calls to say meter is broken since a power cut. Not registering any details, black screen. Every time they will phone back from a southern equatorial base with an appointment. Mair chance of getting a telegram fae the ex queen. They do however send letters every few weeks to say I haven’t topped up. I wonder why?
