Ring My Bell

Not impressed by a company that sends a message saying delivery on hold with no valid reason. If there was an attempted delivery surely they put a card through the door. It would have been easy because front door had been open for about 4 hours with various large items of furniture and rugs getting delivered today. Tried to speak to someone at Hermes, got the robot telling me it was on its way. No mention of delivery on hold or what other information they say they need to deliver the goods. Name and address obviously insufficient. After much faffing about discovered “Holly” chat service. Painful process giving options that weren’t relevant. Finally a non respondable email arrives.We’ll get back to you... still waiting. Tracking number 6200572167728610.
