I filed a dispute with Somerlap because I was not happy with the quality of their products. Not only they supply poor quality products but they are also very laid back about resolving the issue

I ordered some trellis a few weeks after ordering exactly the same trellis to match. Unfortunately the quality was not the same, different colour, patchy and with nails sticking out. i did try to negotiate a replacement or a discount but they would have it. They stated I have no clue about wood and that was the natural wood. They offered to retreat the trellis but they also said it can make it worse. When I spoke to my carpenter and the wood merchant they all said it is the treatment. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company because they do not listen and they are not accountable

Avoid, they take the money and don't care.
I paid for a greenhouse on the 22nd of May and still don't know when it will be installed. The all attitude is simply appalling, I do not know how they stay in business

High prices poor service
I paid lots of money for a greenhouse with installation weeks ago and still they can not give me a delivery date or a an installation date. Not impressed

No instructions, poor packaging and presentation

Don't listen to customers and overpriced platform
After many years of loyal custom I decided to switch to another platform because they do not consult clients about changes and force them to download apps which can probe into one's privacy. I shall enjoy the lower price tag and same functionality of Quickbooks
