Unreliable quality and poor customer service
I ordered some trellis a few weeks after ordering exactly the same trellis to match. Unfortunately the quality was not the same, different colour, patchy and with nails sticking out. i did try to negotiate a replacement or a discount but they would have it. They stated I have no clue about wood and that was the natural wood. They offered to retreat the trellis but they also said it can make it worse. When I spoke to my carpenter and the wood merchant they all said it is the treatment. I have raised a dispute with my credit card company because they do not listen and they are not accountable

Hi Barbara, our Trellis is made to order so achieving the same colour match isn't always possible when panels are purchased weeks apart. We did offer to re-treat the wood for you however. The build quality of the Trellis was never in question.
