Never will use them again

For the second time this Company let me down on parking, in fact are they a scam Company? Twice I have paid and received a Parking notice a few days later and they don’t want to know!. Avoid them, pay by machine if there is no alternative. One thing is for sure, there will DEFINITELY not be a third time !! have given them one star which you have to do to write a review but that really should be a big fat zero!! Be careful of Ringo Parking.

Comfortable surroundings, excellent audiologist

Rahim performed wax suction on both of my ears today, wax was covering both eardrums. He explained the process before he started and showed me the images of both ears and where the wax was most evident, my eardrums. Rahim was careful but very thorough as the later images showed, clean clear eardrums. The whole process was completely painless and very tolerable, I would fully recommend if anyone is nervous about going along.

A 10” x 8” photo wrongly advertised and arrived 10” x 6” and their online customer service was non existent, meaning the chat service they offer could not be accessed beyond the initial query to them will not be dealing with snappish again

Our engineer arrived promptly today and…

Our engineer arrived promptly today and carried out annual services on our gas boiler and gas fire in a professional way. Before he left our property we had received back through email a detailed certificate for both appliances. This is our 7th year with A & A Gas and I highly recommend their services which have been top notch throughout that time

Excellent response to my purchase

Excellent response to my purchase had the product key back almost immediately via email, a bit slow to kick off loading because I hadn’t cleared Microsoft 365 from my computer totally, thought I had but not all components. Once I had followed softmall’s instructions more closely in my email from them all went smoothly. Will keep them in my inbox for future reference would definitely recommend this company and thank you for a genuine good deal

Left hand not aware of what the right hand is doing

Tuesday 19/12/23 we were to receive our dining table and chairs between 08.00 and 08.30. Phoned to check at 10am told you are not having a morning delivery but it’s coming pm. Ok fine, 2 more phone calls later it’s on the van you are definitely receiving your order later. Still no delivery at 17.40 so phoned again lady checked with distribution we are the next drop, great !!
Next morning I phoned to let SCS we still have not had our delivery. Lady checked and she told me our order wasn’t even on the van yesterday !! Evidently they could not get the order on the van, A flat pack table and two chairs ! Anyway by now I was developing the inspector Dreyfuss eye twitch from the pink panther films ! We will deliver on 22/12/23. at 08.10 on the 22nd to let me know no delivery today through van breakdown we would now get our delivery tomorrow that’s Sat 23rd. The driver phoned me on the Saturday and the goods promptly delivered and installed as promised. SCS please note we will no longer be a customer of yours we have seen the other side of you and your customer service team, not good after a week of lies? and misinformation. Shame because you sell a decent product

Erratic supply at times

Mainly good but a few surprising out of stocks lately. Magazines hardly recognisable for the past two weeks but the local coop had both of what we needed! I feel that they are pushing through own label and leaving out branded products which often don’t suit. However we have been pleasantly surprised with some own label substitutions.Drivers always on time and pleasant so all in all very good

Is anyone out there having a problem…

Is anyone out there having a problem with your new balance after a bill has gone through for the previous month? My opening balance after my readings were submitted for March has gone down by £23.22 in 5 days! with no explanation anywhere on their app. It’s almost like Ovo are making it difficult for their customers to understand their bills and why money disappears from their account. Is anyone else having problems or is it me? The £23.22 by the way are erratic amounts daily, why?

Hi Roland,

We use a live-billing system, here at OVO Energy. This means that your account charges, and balance, will update each day with standing charges and every time we get a meter reading or use an estimate for your consumption charges. This will add up day-by-day until the end of your monthly billing period where it'll amount to your bill for the month. This means that every day your predicted usage can change, too.

It's a great way of seeing where your bill comes from as you can watch it as it accrues, as opposed to solely being given your bill at the end of the month. If this isn't something you like, however, you don't have to look at it - you'll still receive your bill each month as normal.

Sainsbury’s not being fair

Have about had enough of buying online groceries from Sainsbury’s. Latest delivery on wed 28th Dec 2 x 4 pints of milk both with 2 days life left, this is unacceptable and many other products with short life dates have been delivered on a regular basis. I am now convinced that home deliveries are the dumping ground for Sainsbury’s home deliveries on perishable goods and short life products. Don’t think I have even been into a local shop and seen milk with such a short date. I remember phoning once to complain about this issue, I was told : “ you read our terms and conditions and accepted them” the phone was then put down on me.
