Left hand not aware of what the right hand is doing

Tuesday 19/12/23 we were to receive our dining table and chairs between 08.00 and 08.30. Phoned to check at 10am told you are not having a morning delivery but it’s coming pm. Ok fine, 2 more phone calls later it’s on the van you are definitely receiving your order later. Still no delivery at 17.40 so phoned again lady checked with distribution we are the next drop, great !!
Next morning I phoned to let SCS we still have not had our delivery. Lady checked and she told me our order wasn’t even on the van yesterday !! Evidently they could not get the order on the van, A flat pack table and two chairs ! Anyway by now I was developing the inspector Dreyfuss eye twitch from the pink panther films ! We will deliver on 22/12/23. at 08.10 on the 22nd to let me know no delivery today through van breakdown we would now get our delivery tomorrow that’s Sat 23rd. The driver phoned me on the Saturday and the goods promptly delivered and installed as promised. SCS please note we will no longer be a customer of yours we have seen the other side of you and your customer service team, not good after a week of lies? and misinformation. Shame because you sell a decent product
