The service is a front for them finding…

The service is a front for them finding something else to fix and then charge stacked time rates. So it was £150 extra for less than 10 mins work (they record longer but is inaccurate) on top of the service rate. Far more expensive than anyone else servicing

Services disaster

I have 3 omegas. I have one being serviced and was sent to Switzerland. 5 months later it’s come back and they ruined the official omega strap - and photos prove it was in good condition when they received it. They have finally accepted fault and saying will take 3 more months to replace it.. won’t be buying another and likely sell mine. Ruined the brand.

The purchase of the car was relatively smooth - even if some big faults were identified. The issue is they won’t actually pay for the fixed which they had agreed to and are completely ignoring any contact.

3rd fridge in 18 months and it’s…

3rd fridge in 18 months and it’s broken. Under warranty so they book someone in - a week later only for them to “make a mistake” and not have done properly and then try get us to sort out. Cheapest brands in world better quality / customer service than this. Our oven breaking as well!

Eleven days and counting without fridge - despite being 3 months old

Bought top of the range range master fridge 3 months ago and now been broken for ELEVEN days and still no fix / replacement at home. Have had to call every day and been nightmare. Have young baby and just been atrocious service. would have expected more from cheapest company

A totally false service - I paid for the courier service for the day We arrived. It didn’t let me book a time but spoke to someone who said it would arrive. Just bEven told it will now come tomorrow. A total waste of money

On the THIRD scheduled visit for the camera installation they at least turned up… but they weren’t long ladder trained (it was being installed above my front door, hardly high for an outdoor camera) so I’ll have to take another day off work. Can’t make this up

Installation is an absolute farce with…

Installation is an absolute farce with their products - only ever had cancellations and delays and always at the last minute. Wasted so much of my time - use other providers at all costs

Having spent over £500 and wasted multiple days holiday for cancelled installations (at £90 cost) and hours reorganizing - their apology was… £20. Embarrassing.

I ordered mine in November and they…

I ordered mine in November and they have delayed my installation again until March. What's the point in having given it missed winter? I ordered lots of extras and was going to order alarms and cameras but if this is the service Ill move to google.

We are terribly sorry that you have not had your install yet. Unfortunately hive is not classed as an essential visit as its an upgrade to a working heating system. This being said, we have had to reschedule some appointments. We are working extremely hard to get these booked in.
Hive is a product that is used all year round, we understand that some customers may find it more beneficial in winter months and I'm sorry we haven't been able to complete this for you during these months.
