I ordered my item before christmas and it came fast. will be ordering again

I love buying from fashion nova, clothing is 90% of the time true to size and the shipping is fast. However, you need to be sure when it comes to sizes because for international orders, you need to pay for the return and its not worth it when you buy something less than 20$ and to return it cost you like 15$

Great! love the clothing and arrive always fast, however, I recommend to purchase a size up because the clothing tends to run small.

Took 8 weeks to arrive, I was worried for how long it took but overall, my daughter loves her box and we will be ordering again soon

Horrible service! avoid buying from here if you live outside the UK!!! I placed an order december 22nd and on the website, my order is still awaiting to be despatched!! We are january the 28th and they do not cancel your order/or refund even if the item is still in warehouse!! I tried to contact them many times and I cannot have my money back! and they end the chat when I want further explanations! I will file a complaint with paypal
