They send me scammy lottery ads without my consent. Disgusting.

I ordered Philips brush heads. Got fake ones, reported it to Amazon, left review at the seller page.

My review was deleted, no action was taken regarding a seller pushing illegal (counterfeit) goods. Great job, Amazon, truly a customer-centric company.

At least I got a refund, I guess.

Extremely problematic service. Support not helpful. App is just bad. They effectively stole my some of money by repeatedly trying to charge my old bank account that had no money and that I was unable to remove from the PayPal account. Each failure cost me 2.46 EUR to PayPal plus 0.67 EUR that the bank charged me. Now they don't want to take my money to settle the debt they themselves created and I am unable to close my account.

They promise 10-year warranty, but make it absolutely impossible to contact them, making their "warranty" worthless.

Got EnduroGuard suit at a fantastic price. Haven't yet tested its waterproofing, but so far no problem at all.

They cancelled the flight last moment, made refund next to impossible. Their website doesn't work, the customer support is pretty much nonexistent. It is extremely difficult to go through the refund procedure or to contact anyone.

Edit: managed to contact the support via the chat bot. Was forced to perform a lengthy booking verification procedure (even though I booked directly with them) and had my money refunded after about a month. Extremely unpleasant experience

Halten Sie sich von ihnen fern, dies ist kein kundenorientiertes Unternehmen.

The people running the service are crooks who will do whatever they can to keep leeching your money. They will make it extremely difficult for you to cancel their overpriced subscription that you have to pay while having no service and no guarantees from their side. Avoid at all costs.

They keep asking me to verify my address, but there is nothing to verify! I sent my address several times, I have it in my UPS profile, and I asked Amazon to verify it for me. The result? Customer support asking to verify my address.

Amazon never had any problems delivering packages to my location. That is until they decided to deliver with UPS. Never again.
