Charging 200% of Market Price after Rheinische Netz Gezelschaft does not manage to connect to Grid w right info

RheinEnergie thinks that it is normal to charge 200% of the market price when the cause of the issue was that the Rheinische Gezelschaft , which works from the identical building as Rhein Energie which has 1,5star/5 manages on >100 Reviews to not connect my electricity eventhough all correct information was provided. Me with my low level German due to being at that time completely new in the country was happy that I managed to give all correct info to Rabot Charge. I have 4 languages fluent , thus yes I do try to integrate well, soon to be 5 languages. And Rabot Charge not being persistent in managing the connection to the grid to take place. Then when in communication with Rhein Energie "You should be happy that you received electricity" I was not aware that I was not having electricity at double the price which I signed up at Rabot Charge which would have been half. I would have prefered there not being electricity provided compared to 1500 euro later, three person house "Surprise, it is at double the cost" Eventhough all correct information was provided as was confirmed by Reinische Netz Gezelschaft. You do realise Rhein Energie, The worse the Rheinische Netz Gezelschaft does it job, the more clients you can charge at 200% of the market price. It is almost Insider trading.

Horrible costumer support, feels unethical

Horrible costumer support (from the company side, not the people that pick up the phone and talk to you)! I rented a place with the knowledge that everything is electric and I don't use gas, but yet after half a year they suddenly re-registered my meter (that I never saw because I shouldn't have had gas) and started billing me some 60 euros - for the non-existent gas. I called them, they told me my landlord have to arrange this, they can only lower it because yes indeed for one person that's very high. I paid my damn bills so I won't get fined, but the contract still wasn't cancelled. When I moved and sent in a cancellation request myself, they told me to give them a meter reading. How should I give one when I wasn't even supposed to have it in my apartment? I called again, explained my situation, and I was told I need to write an email. I sent an email and got no reply, and my contract is still active, even though I don't live there for weeks now, and when I did I never even had gas. Super unhelpful and honestly it feels like the company is robbing you. Also, ridiculous how they don't even try to meet you halfway if you are not german (even though I learned german and I try my best, the expectation that I can speak beurocratic german is insane) - I am just lucky that I have colleges that are willing to call in my place and translate. Absolutely maddening how they are willing to bounce your request around while doing nothing but billing for the service that you don't even use. I want my contract cancelled and I want all the money that I had to pay for gas (after registration without my knowledge) that was billed by a contract that was made without informing me at all. Also if you are new at the country they just chuck you in the most expensive bracket without waiting for you to understand how things even work. I was only told after a year that I should have called if I wanted to be put in a more reasonable pricing bracket, because it can only be done that way - even though they say they plan the pricing according to consumption.

I will never recommend Rheinenergy to…

I will never recommend Rheinenergy to foreigners who comes from Asia and other countries in Europe, they never respond to our queries, we got a huge bill at the end of year(5500euros ) and when we asked for clarification they never replied and they deducted that money without our concent from our bank. Can anyone guide us how can we complain on Rheinenergy so that we can get clarified why are they charging so.much high. Even I sent email to service email but they unnoticed. We are coming here and working so hard to earn we are getting any.money from government

I stopped receiving invoices 5 months…

I stopped receiving invoices 5 months ago. Rheinenergie has no clue why it happened and I had to call Naturstromhandel, Rheinische netzgesellschaft and then Rheinenergieagain....Finally Rheinenergie had no clue why they stopped providing service to me and I had to register all over again....after 6 years with them and without any action on my side....very unprofessional and bureaucratic.
