yet another fake pole of rubbish

the online ads show a 4 star rating with glowing reviews, not the 2 star shown here! I just read the reviews on here and am convinced it's just yet another scam, Why has no action been taken against this damn outfit?? Why are they still allowed to advertise their garbage?

I booked with these fools. NEVER AGAIN!!

I booked with these fools via kayak or skyscanner. They processed the tickets via a military airport that's been closed to commercial use for 28 YEARS. Trying to find a contact number took an age, caller 22 on hold speaks volumes about the number of complaints. I gave my details as i booked the flight for my partner in Philippines and requested they contact me direct in UK. My partner got an email saying they had tried to contact ME on HER number! suggestion from the so-called 'help' desk was to call the airline direct since they were unable to correct their quarter-century old mistake

reset password and had to start all over again, journey was lost, not good web design. enter date? even that took several attempts, why isn't there a 'today' option? Now gotta alter it again since you use y/m/d instead of normal english d/m/y
Yes, i will accept unlimited travel for these suggestions to make your site look less amateurish

wasted an hour online

tried to fill in the form online on PC, webcam couldn't read the QR code and no other options available, wasted an hour trying everything, had to do it on phone in the end, should have said do form on mobile cos the web-based form uses webcam which won't do macro views

service has become useless

Have used WR before and service used to be excellent, lately it's become absolute garbage! Transfer to 'mobile money' is declared as a same day service, still pending 2 days later and the usual 'problem with partner' excuse. THEY picked their partners ( gcash) and trying to complain to online chat to resolve this issue merely resulted in chat being cut off with zero warning! Absolutely intolerable!
