I booked with these fools. NEVER AGAIN!!

I booked with these fools via kayak or skyscanner. They processed the tickets via a military airport that's been closed to commercial use for 28 YEARS. Trying to find a contact number took an age, caller 22 on hold speaks volumes about the number of complaints. I gave my details as i booked the flight for my partner in Philippines and requested they contact me direct in UK. My partner got an email saying they had tried to contact ME on HER number! suggestion from the so-called 'help' desk was to call the airline direct since they were unable to correct their quarter-century old mistake
