Market research is very category-dependent and we are constantly striving to provide quality data to our clients. As it is necessary to meet quotas and target requirements while ensuring the highest possible level of data quality, influencers may not qualify for all surveys they receive, in which case points are not awarded because the data is not used. However, we truly appreciate the time and effort put into the surveys. If the survey interview is terminated due to not meeting the required quotas, a small compensation is added to influencer's Toluna account.
