Scam company

Scam company that will charge an annual fee of over $100 without telling you. I signed up for a trial and was under the impression it was canceled. Now I am disputing with Amex about their deceptive practice. Read Reddit reviews- I do not recommend this dishonest company.

Horrible customer service and lack of…

Horrible customer service and lack of transparency. I wasted my time waiting for a purse to be sent out. I informed four employees over the phone that I would be leaving the country for work and asked them not to send it on a certain weekend; I was assured that they would hold it. Now, fast forward: it is being shipped during the time I am away, and they advise me to just "cancel it." For someone new to the company who spends over 10k in a month, this is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My account was suspended for 30 days with no information provided on the reason why- besides a "chargeback." Literally contacted my bank and they have no documentation of a chargeback from StockX. Despite all of this- I cannot do ANYTHING for 30 days due to their incompetence. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE- they have provided no transparency on the issue. I have begged to pay them to quickly resolve the issue, and they refuse saying I have to wait 30 days. WHAT COMPANY DOES THIS?? After being loyal member that has spent a good amount of money on their site- I will wait the 30 days, pay, then delete my account. I don't do business with an unprofessional company that waste customer's time.

Scamming Company

This company lied about their money back guarantee. They promised a deal with app access. It’s been 2 months with no app access (they want to charge more) and two technicians have came. When I asked to speak to the manager to cancel she lied and said I only have one technician visit scheduled. When I offered to show proof of the emails and text she refused to look at it and said, “I am going by my system.” She wanted to charge $700 to cancel. This is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever experienced in my life. Please take caution when joining ADT. They will scam you

Unprofessional company that hires LSO…

Unprofessional company that hires LSO to lose your purchased products that are limited edition. What is even more disturbing is that there are literally 1,000s of complaints regarding LSO. Why would Nike continue to do business with them? Will no longer do business with either company.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They allow anyone to be content creators on their site and are ok with people scamming you. They will say they are a “3rd party group” so they don’t take responsibility and will not reimburse you or be held accountable for getting your money taken. Also, many of the creators are not active. Save your money. For their response: They did violate terms by scamming people including myself. I sent screen shots to your rep named "Anne" and you guys still didn't take responsibility and said that it was a "contribution." I deleted my account and will never recommend your company to anyone including people I know in the adult industry.
