Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My account was suspended for 30 days with no information provided on the reason why- besides a "chargeback." Literally contacted my bank and they have no documentation of a chargeback from StockX. Despite all of this- I cannot do ANYTHING for 30 days due to their incompetence. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE- they have provided no transparency on the issue. I have begged to pay them to quickly resolve the issue, and they refuse saying I have to wait 30 days. WHAT COMPANY DOES THIS?? After being loyal member that has spent a good amount of money on their site- I will wait the 30 days, pay, then delete my account. I don't do business with an unprofessional company that waste customer's time.
