This tool has been so helpful

This tool has been so helpful, when I don’t understand what my professors are saying, I hop on here and it helps me understand the material so much better. I study 10x more effectively and I’m so grateful for this tool!

Incredible Tool

Mindgrasp is easily one of the most useful tools I’ve tried. It breaks down long readings and videos into clear, accurate summaries within minutes. The interface is clean, fast, and surprisingly intuitive. It’s like having a personal study assistant that never gets tired. Definitely a must-have for students and professionals who value their time.I couldn’t imagine life without it honestly.

I was skeptical at first about this…

I was skeptical at first about this tool because it’s AI but I decided to give it a shot and it worked!!! I’m a very busy person because I work full time & I’m also in school full time. It’s very stressful so I was trying to find a way to study and complete assignments faster. I came across this tool and it honestly helped me so much. I honestly recommend.

Bad quality

Can only provide 1 version of notes. Cannot regenerate. Notes are too much and not structured appropriately for studying.

Scam company

Scam company that will charge an annual fee of over $100 without telling you. I signed up for a trial and was under the impression it was canceled. Now I am disputing with Amex about their deceptive practice. Read Reddit reviews- I do not recommend this dishonest company.

This tool feels like it's designed to trap students rather than support them

The tool itself is fine, but the business model lacks transparency and feels designed to trap users in subscriptions. Customer service replies with long, sugar-coated emails that give the appearance of helping, but in reality they hide behind policy and avoid offering real solutions. The mismatch between the “warm” tone of their emails and the inflexible decisions behind them makes the whole experience feel dismissive and patronizing. Once you push back, they stop replying altogether. Overall, it feels untrustworthy.

Lacking Customer Service

To summarize: I attempted to work with Mindgrasp’s Customer Service department to resolve an issue but I could not make any progress.

I signed up for Mindgrasp and paid $12.99 for their Scholar package/solution. When I tried to upload my course's PDF file to the site, Mindgrasp could not process it due to technical issue(s) on their end (my PDF file's size was apparently too big—it was around 50 MB).

After contacting Mindgrasp about the issue, my PDF file was split into five separate parts by them to make it easier for their AI to process it; however, after uploading the first part, I could not upload the remaining four parts due to a file upload limit on my account. Their site asked me to upgrade to their Premium package/solution to remove the limit (as of the time of writing, the Scholar package/solution now allows unlimited file uploads; however, it did not allow this previously). The issue here is that I was not uploading multiple PDF files for multiple courses, I was trying to upload one PDF file for one course, which was split into five parts by Mindgrasp’s staff.

When I asked Mindgrasp’s Customer Service department to remove the file upload limit on my account so that I could upload the remaining four parts, they told me that they were waiting for “management's response”. I did not receive either an affirmative or negative response from them about this issue for seven days, at which point, I asked them for a refund since I could not use their software to study—and they did not reply back to this email either.

Perfect for college students!

I had heard about Mindgrasp from a friend, so I thought I'd try it out. I got the free trial and really enjoyed all the features that they had. I’ve been using it ever since, and I honestly think it's helped me learn more effective ways to study! The notes feature was extremely helpful in class, and I also used the quizzes feature to help me study for finals, so I definitely recommend!

I use mine for school and it’s been…

I use mine for school and it’s been such a lifesaver. I learned from their YouTube channel how to use it. Tbh its super easy to use anyway. I would recommend it to anybody that’s using it for schoolwork and honestly, I haven’t had any bad experience. The customer support has always been nice to me whenever I had an issue.

Saved my college career

I used to not trust AI at all, especially for school until I saw an ad for Mindgrasp my junior year of college and it actually made me want to try it. I did the free trial then ended up buying a Premium plan immediately after because it was SO WORTH IT. I've been using it ever since and it honestly saved my grades and saved me so much time studying and doing assignments.

Evaluating the product on a trial…

Evaluating the product on a trial license was a disaster. The support experience was very poor so I wasted a few hours of my life trying to get it to watch a recoring of an onine training session. It failed with an error message that had nonsense reasons from the support pages. What a waste of my time. I have unsubscribed.
