The optician was friendly pleasant and caring . Everything was carefully explained and we had plenty of opportunities to ask questions . It was a very satisfactory appointment and our new glasses are just what we needed . Our experience with Outside Clinic exceeded our expectations and we are most grateful especially as this took place in the comfort of our home without the usual difficulties due to disability issues .

First time the parcel was shown as delivered but had not been . Second delivery it was left on the pavement outside and we were not alerted and it should have been put in the porch / front door which was availble

We know little about growing roses and were very pleased with the easy to follow instructions about planting and the helpful information on choosing a suitable rose . It was easy to make the purchase and the plant arrived well packaged in excellent condition .It is now in the chosen position and showing signs of vigorous growth already . We are very pleased and wish to thank the David Austin Roses Company .

Hotpoint were not immediately helpful on the telephone we had to wait nearly a month for the ten month old machine to be fixed . The first appointment failed and we were not informed that the engineer would not be coming. The second appointment was kept in a timely fashion and the engineer was pleasant and helpful ,he listened to what we said about the faulty machine and made a repair .He also mentioned that the digital board had been faulty when installed and replaced it . He was also careful to abide by the Covid 19 regulations ,
