Hotpoint Eventually Successful

Hotpoint were not immediately helpful on the telephone we had to wait nearly a month for the ten month old machine to be fixed . The first appointment failed and we were not informed that the engineer would not be coming. The second appointment was kept in a timely fashion and the engineer was pleasant and helpful ,he listened to what we said about the faulty machine and made a repair .He also mentioned that the digital board had been faulty when installed and replaced it . He was also careful to abide by the Covid 19 regulations ,
