Lack of communication

There has been a lack of communication especially during the initial rise in mounjaro prices. Information through the app stated messages would be responded to within a certain time frame and this was not the case in fact my messages were not responded to at all!

Remote collection

Having the facility to collect remotely was great. No problem with scanning QR code or anything...just a click on your phone and door opens...so quick and easy.

Left with job not completed.

After 3 hours engineer left having been unable to connect broadband as he stated fault was outside. He stated he would report it immediately. I Can't believe I had to chase this up to ensure i receive another engineer visit having been left with only part of a job done!
