1.All tyres are not even for Hybrid car...
The tyre light came on in the car, to knowledge i thought maybe the air was low. Then it came to.light from quick fot that.....
My car being a hybrid is heavier than most the tyres for hybrid are only certain brands and tyres. It shows the attention to detail that Quality part ex (Luton Dunstable) do not have in selling their cars to ZUTU customers . I will inform Trading standards.

2.WHo is the ADR for quality part ex - of there's a grievance who do quality part ex use as the ADR service provider ?

3. Please see attached a full quotation to change the tyres to suitable Hybrid tyres for the 330e Hybrid car.

4.Zutu should be advised and take heed in allowing you to receive customers . You are danger and blatantly have no care or attention to detail in selling cars in the public.

Spoke to Wisa & Gabriel at the QUALITY PART -EX DUNSTABLE LUTON Branch several times throughout week. Agreed time of collection and need to drive back 70 miles to South london to collect children from School . Got there 11am they were ready till 2pm. Failed the AA road check, lied to me why . Tried to keep me waiting in the showroom area, insitited on seeing the car . Tyre guy was simply changing worn out tyres to other worn out tyres not good look. Told me their new, over inflated them to 3.9 bar even though they only need 2.5 bar. Week later signal in car kept going off went to quick fit and they informed me that all 4 are illegal and over 4 years old. 2018 made which means they shouldn't even been circulation etc. Plus all worn tred mid range gone. Stay away from QUALITY PART-EX in DUNSTABLE. Avoid. Wisa & salesmen not honest

I wanted to order Gucci Guilty and the new Chanel exclusif . The offer with my TFS was £ 350 plus whereas with Perfume shop it was buy one and get other half price.

NO wonder i chose PERFUME SHOP.

Much Better service than THE FRANGERENCE SHOP- had to wait a week.Ordered of perfume came next day, i have memberships in both. TFS held my order for over a week. Called several times to push it through security and got attitude and no way forward. Gave up.

Good price always surprised at which Amouage perfumes are discounted.

Very good quality with packaging always comes next day via special delivery.

Good help on the phone with admin team tooo suppliers like Roja perfumes...

1. twice the price.
2.No call back even when ur promised that the in house perfume expert will call back etc. With All beauty you get honesty n good prices.

With TFS you get....

1. attitude and orders put on hold without any communication you have to call to get released .

2. Discount vouchers I get never work. This is the hughest level of membership..

3. Call center staff don't listen sound like automated robots.

4.Bad experience compared to all beauty.

Poor quality clothing - Meant to be TECH FIT ADIDAS BUT FELT VERY THIN & POOR STOCK & POOR CONDITIONS

Tight didnt fit properly even though i put it on both ways.

YOU CALL THEM VIA THE APP THE TEAM DONT LISTEN AND DO NOT EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE TO THE DRIVERS HERE IN FELTHAM.

only provided one balloon with mothers day purchase. Emailed customers services to share my pain and upset reaction because the order was made wrong. .. But no one has even bothered to fully refund me for the wrong delivery and incorrect balloon and flowers.

Breach of conusumer rights to not receive what what was clearly ordered.

Very helpful and knowledgeable with information and up to date prices.

Should of explained the 10 delay with royal mail postage despite receiving free postage.
