only provided one balloon with mothers…

only provided one balloon with mothers day purchase. Emailed customers services to share my pain and upset reaction because the order was made wrong. .. But no one has even bothered to fully refund me for the wrong delivery and incorrect balloon and flowers.

Breach of conusumer rights to not receive what what was clearly ordered.
