DRIVER WENT TO WRONG ADDRESS TWICE AND EVEN HAD THE CHEEK TO TAKE PICTURE OF SOMEONE ELSE PROPERTY.
OTHER TIMES DIDNT WAIT FOR MY COLLEAGUE TO OPEN THE DOOR.
THEN THEY EVEN CAME WHEN WE WERE CLOSED ON SATURDAY FOR COLLECTION- VERY BAD.
YOU CALL THEM VIA THE APP THE TEAM DONT LISTEN AND DO NOT EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE TO THE DRIVERS HERE IN FELTHAM.
