Past experience led me to order a dress two sizes up. I ordered a 20 which was a joke. It was more like a 12. £5 was then deducted from my refund for returning it. I’ve given it 1star but M&co don’t even deserve that.

I ordered the same coat in two different sizes. Great coat for the price but after returning one, I’m still waiting for a refund nearly two weeks later. The returns procedure needs to be changed.
