Useless and they KEEP YOUR MONEY

Useless and when they F up you get to wait a month to get a refund! It quoted me 16.50 for a UPS package, then when I went to create the label, it was 21.50. I tried for two hours to put in the destination address, but it only asked for the zip code, so I obviously thought I had to go to the next page, but it printed the label instead with no recipient address. It created a label with NO RECIPIENT ADDRESS! How would a system even allow that? I hate this company and wish them all the failure in the world. The reviews are lies....notice most of the good reviews on Pirate Ship are 100% boys, guaranteed. I see the realistic complaints in full detail while the praises are generic, "It's wonderful, I use it all the time, nonsense". No one to speak to, like most companies, you can't talk to a real person anymore. I sorry I tried to use it, my money now lost in the ether! I suppose this is the country when get when they destroy an economy over sniffles and a proxy war...leaving citizens to deal with the garbage! Thanks for nothing Pirate Ship, enjoy my hard earned money while I also create a BBB complaint. GIVE ME MY MONEY, I DIDN'T USE NOR WILL I USE THE LABEL, JUST VOID IT!! Calling PayPal to also create a complaint, if enough people do it they will pull the platform...God I hope so

Fine until there is an issue

Delivery driver took picture, then I think they took the package. First they put it in the middle of the porch for anyone to see, but I went down immediately after delivery and it was gone. No one has time to walk by. There is no recourse if the driver keeps your package...zero. No one to contact. I will NEVER buy anything from them again and I've spent a substantial amount with this company and would have continued, but I'm not saving if their delivery drivers are stealing 50.00 worth of goods knowing there is no recourse!!!!!

This is THE WORST company out there

This is THE WORST company out there. First, the messed up my order, leaving out critical items I ordered, then when I brought it to their attention, the customer service was rude and aggressive! To top it off, several of the packages they sent were left open, leaving mica spilled throughout the box. They won't accept returns and seemed to take zero responsibility, so I had to dispute the purchase with PayPal and intend to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I will never order from this company again and let as many people know about my experience, so they won't have to deal with losing their money.

Hello - I'm the customer service director at Mad Micas. I'm so sorry that you feel your experience with Mad Micas was not what you hoped, but I have reviewed ALL documentation on this order, from your emails to the order itself and every response from our team, and what you have described here simply did not happen the way you are presenting it at all.

First of all, what you received in your order is exactly what you ordered. When you first contacted customer service saying there were missing products and asking how to return your order, the rep responded with the following: "I am so sorry for the incorrect order that you were sent! Would it be possible to take a picture of the packing slip along with the items you received so I can see what may have happened?"

That is neither rude nor aggressive. The rep took you at your word that there was a mistake. Upon reviewing the order, our rep learned that what was shipped was exactly what was in the order. There were no "missing items" at all. They then sent you a follow up explaining that and included a copy of your order so that you could see we sent what you asked for.

Your response was to continue claiming other things were missing, say that you weren't going to argue, and again ask to return the order. Our rep politely responded that we can't accept returns of opened products due to contamination concerns, which is clearly stated on our site, and instead offered to send you, FREE OF CHARGE the products you THOUGHT you ordered but did not.

You did not respond to the offer but instead posted false reviews on Google and TrustPilot.

I'm genuinely at a loss for why you left this review. We sent what you exactly what was ordered and offered to send you free products that you forgot to add to your order. In return, you left this post. We are a small, family-owned business and our number one priority is customer service and satisfaction; false reviews like this are damaging to our business and reputation, and we don't understand why you would want to do that.

One last point: I believe you are mistaken when you say that "several packages were left open." You made one small order of samples, not several, which was shipped in a single package. You never said a word about the supposed spillage to our rep when you contacted us; if you had, the entire order would have been replaced at no cost and express shipped to you the same day.

Should be criminal and the company shut…

These prices should be criminal and the company shut down for monopolizing the Internet! While people struggle, it should be illegal to raise prices this high! Doubling over the last two years! I don't understand why another company can't come in and offer good service at a reasonable price? I hope if this company is controlling the market, whoever is behind it, goes to jail where they belong! I have to work at home so I was stuck paying these inflated prices, which I'm sure they're quite aware! Karma finds everyone, It always does! At&t fiber looks just fine to me now, I have to find a way somehow.

Fraud

I put my card number in at an affiliate website for Nike Cortez size 12, but changed my mind and never completed the purchase. A week later, I got an order for Vans size 7.5 that I never even looked at on any site. Desperate for sales maybe? Someone used it to complete a completely different order, then I had several other fraudulent charges for another website! I used an Avant credit card, they are the worst, and now I have to pay for all the fraud too! I wouldn't buy anything from Tilly's or their affiliated stores!

You will pay for FRAUD

This card is useless, there is no justice for victims of fraud. I reported fraud on my account, clearly fraud with the same amounts to the same companies and they refused to remove the charges, sticking me with 200.00 of charges! I will NEVER USE THIS CARD AGAIN. Don't get the card unless you enjoy paying for other people's purchases.

These are just not the same shirts as…

These are just not the same shirts as they used to be. The graphic was child-like and completely different color than the shirt I ordered last year. I used to order 3-4 shirts at a time, but quality has gotten so poor, I hardly order anymore, it's too much hassle to send them back.

Do not order, scam!

Do not order, fake cologne! They sell fake cologne you have to pay an 8% restocking fee they screw you out of your shipping there and back! Do not order cologne from the scam artist. The cologne smelled exactly like the clones you get from the flea market that's why they have all these rules and regulations they're fakes and that's how they make their money. If if they get you use PayPal and make them lose their privilege of using PayPal for their stealing from hardworking people!

Ripoff, get less for more!

Ripoff! Ripoff! They charge twice, literally, twice the price for fish medication as other sites. I got roped into spending 30.00 on 30 tablets expecting the traditional shaped ok val piles of good quality and got what I consider, fake, round pills. Most other sites you get 60 pills for the same price and they were 8 dollars cheaper! Now they are opened I can't send them back and I would have to pay return shipping anyway! Never again would I buy ANYTHING FROM THEM! Do yourself a favor and save a lot anywhere else but Chewy! Expect the same review on as many sites as I can find!

I used to love teepublic

I used to love TeePublic. I got great,, original designs on good, quality shirts for a low price! Then, something changed. I got three long sleeve shirts on cheap Bella Canvas shirts, the canvas is referencing the feel of their shirts! They all have 2 inch tags that cut into your neck and they are uncomfortable. They used to have soft shirts with the TeePublic logo printed, tagless and they were great. They did refund my money without hassle when I turned down a thicker, rougher shirt, so we moved on..I ordered again and this time the shirt was cheap and the print was terrible, cast mainly in red, looked horrible, but since I had just complained, it was tolerable, so I kept it. NOW, I ordered two more and they are printed on thick, rough Gildan shirts and the prints are horrible. Last time! What happened to this company. Why won't companies listen to the people who purchase their goods? I'm done with TeePublic, I want another refund and I will never order another product from them again!

My issue was addressed, on the second try

(updated) I order from Tee Public on a semi-regular basis and order up to four shirts at a time when they have sales. They've always used quality shirts and I have been very happy with my orders, but on my last order of three shirts, they used a very cheap, uncomfortable shirt with an enormous tag 2-3 inch tag, which, when cut off, creates a little blade to slice into your neck - Bella Canvas. When I emailed them with a request for refund or exchange, my concern was met with a flippant email which stated they can't guarantee the shirts they use. No apology and no offer of exchange or refund! I was not pleased. I sent another email which did gain their attention. They did offer an exchange for a different, "better" type of shirt, but it was not the kind I wanted or like the kind used on previous orders. They also generously offered a refund, which I don't think is common, possibly because I have ordered from them exclusively in the past. I appreciated the resolution and would gladly buy from them in the future, but I will call first to see what tee shirt is being used To let you know how good the "usual" shirts are, I have never had so many people compliment my clothes before or ask me where I got something. They have an incredible selection of cool and funny shirts! The two most people like are, one colorful shirt that has big, fluffy clouds with an enormous rainbow that says SATAN under the rainbow (very ironic shirt) and an all white tee with three red triangles and big black dots that form an enormous Jason mask against the all white tee like from Friday the 13th. I understand that times are difficult and things change, but there should be a section that informs the buyer of the brand or that a change was made. Previous orders were tagless, with light, but sturdy tees, perfect for me once washed. Thank you Tee Public please consider changing those shirts and adding the extra information to the website.
