This is THE WORST company out there

This is THE WORST company out there. First, the messed up my order, leaving out critical items I ordered, then when I brought it to their attention, the customer service was rude and aggressive! To top it off, several of the packages they sent were left open, leaving mica spilled throughout the box. They won't accept returns and seemed to take zero responsibility, so I had to dispute the purchase with PayPal and intend to submit a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. I will never order from this company again and let as many people know about my experience, so they won't have to deal with losing their money.

Hello - I'm the customer service director at Mad Micas. I'm so sorry that you feel your experience with Mad Micas was not what you hoped, but I have reviewed ALL documentation on this order, from your emails to the order itself and every response from our team, and what you have described here simply did not happen the way you are presenting it at all.

First of all, what you received in your order is exactly what you ordered. When you first contacted customer service saying there were missing products and asking how to return your order, the rep responded with the following: "I am so sorry for the incorrect order that you were sent! Would it be possible to take a picture of the packing slip along with the items you received so I can see what may have happened?"

That is neither rude nor aggressive. The rep took you at your word that there was a mistake. Upon reviewing the order, our rep learned that what was shipped was exactly what was in the order. There were no "missing items" at all. They then sent you a follow up explaining that and included a copy of your order so that you could see we sent what you asked for.

Your response was to continue claiming other things were missing, say that you weren't going to argue, and again ask to return the order. Our rep politely responded that we can't accept returns of opened products due to contamination concerns, which is clearly stated on our site, and instead offered to send you, FREE OF CHARGE the products you THOUGHT you ordered but did not.

You did not respond to the offer but instead posted false reviews on Google and TrustPilot.

I'm genuinely at a loss for why you left this review. We sent what you exactly what was ordered and offered to send you free products that you forgot to add to your order. In return, you left this post. We are a small, family-owned business and our number one priority is customer service and satisfaction; false reviews like this are damaging to our business and reputation, and we don't understand why you would want to do that.

One last point: I believe you are mistaken when you say that "several packages were left open." You made one small order of samples, not several, which was shipped in a single package. You never said a word about the supposed spillage to our rep when you contacted us; if you had, the entire order would have been replaced at no cost and express shipped to you the same day.
