My son ordered an item for £150 on 07/09/20 and paid £16 for express delivery. 25/09/20 and no items delivered as yet. Called customer service who said the address didn’t have a door number so they couldn’t deliver (I have a screen shot of the order which clearly shows our door number!) Promised a refund a week ago and still nothing. Will never use this company again and will encourage others to avoid shopping with Armani.
