Hermes has lost me 2 sales now
The first time i used Hermes, awful experience, no update on website for two weeks, item lost, had to refund and then lost customer business. Stupidly decided to give them benefit of doubt, guess what - item sent on 24/08 at 03/09 no update at all on website, online help a complete waste of time, can’t speak to anybody, another customer lost. Unable to make a claim as website doesn’t allow it. I cannot advise strongly enough to avoid using this company.
