Could not get hold of them via phone number provided by bank when I tried to find out why charges did not add up. Airline gave me email that did not work and support did not work as order number given did not match email. A total annoying disaster. The issue has been referred to the credit card company to end this endless debacle. We'll see how they respond to the refund request.

It is very difficult to get a hold of them and when you do you often do not get the information you need. And after you tell them you have already obtained a document yourself they keep emailing you to obtain the document through them. Very annoying.

I tried to get an estimate for a driver in Bolivia from Travel Local but found their rates extremely high even more so in view of Bolivia's economy where people make $300 per month and they were charging about $500 per day (actually half a day) for a car and driver who does not speak English. I originally got an estimate with accommodation and some meals for $600 a day and then asked for the minimum price and got $500 per day from their agent Camilla in La Paz. She said that this was the lowest for the driver only and was not negotiable. Now they are acting as if they don't know that!! It is more than just siphoning cash from tourists.

It takes a long time to get a hold of anyone on the phone and when you do they often do not know much. They send you repeated requests for filing after you already told them you did it yourself. No one is paying attention. This is a repeat experience. The only thing they're good at is taking your money.

When I signed up for the company a jason or whoever said he would send me a email with his name and contact so I could ask him any questions. He did not and I could not even locate him. Every time I call someone else answers the phone and they often speak very poor English and do not know what is going on or have variable instructions, I have no received my EIN to date and am waiting on the phone and cannot get through to anyone. This is not why I signed up. Instead I get a form fill out request that is not due for 90 days like it is some emergency. I need my EIN but do not have it.
Furthermore every time I call the agent says something different like I can contact him via his name and then the next agent says I cannot. This is chaos. How can you trust these people? I then managed to get the EIN on my own in five minutes whereas I have not received it in five days from Zen Business. They want $149 for filling out a form that takes a few minutes for the Fed. The keep charging you but don't provide much of any service.

Review of Grammarly
I was able to detect and correct a lot of miscellaneous errors, typos, and inconsistencies although the more complicated, legal and technical issues are nor captured correctly by gram marly. It was still very useful as there seems no way to recognize so many simple errors no matter how many times you go through the stuff.

i could not upload a small file and it said it was too large. Then I could not get any response that made sense from Grammarly. They just have some robot answering who cannot respond to what you are asking. They also ask you to chose from a bunch of categories that don't apply. I did finally get an answer but so far it has not helped with the problem.

Delivery was great but the books weren't quite what I expected.

Charged me for days I did not have the car. Notified them and they said they would try to do better next time but coninued to charge me for the days I did not have the car. This is blatant fraud. They are owned by Hertz and I have had other experiences with Hertz International that amounted to fraud and deception in Chile and South Africa.

One of the books I ordered and paid for on self publishing still has not arrived after being in Las Vegas Nevada nine days ago. It appears to have been lost.

Review of Kiwi.com
Made a reservation then checked with the airline and there was no record of it even two days later so I bought another ticket from the airline directly. Then I found out Kiwi had charged me for the other flight and that I had checked in for it when I had not. The Kiwi agent brushed me off saying I had to pay anyway. I contested the charge and then Kiwi sent me an email boasting they did some good things with me in 2023. A ridiculous company that charges people for nothing but problems. An interesting question is if the airline was paid for both flights while claiming they had no record of the Kiwi booking. Kiwi is supposed to pay the airline minus their booking fee. Additionally, the Kiwi ticket cost twice as much as booking directly with the airline!
The situation just goes on and on with the help of Trustpilot and the Customer Satisfaction Agent misrepresenting their charges v. that of the Airline and trying to claim that the reason their charge was twice that of the airline was because of the seats and the baggage when I got the same deal for everything from the airline at half the price. There is no limit to the amount of time you can waste with these Kiwi people.
Their attached response sidesteps the scenario I was subjected to and still am.
Notably I entered the date of experience as 11/26/23 and it keeps changing. What is going on here?
Their updated response is NOT FROM TWO HOURS AGO. This is a madhouse.

This Chile guide is not the updated edition of the 11th Lonely Planet edition. It does not have the usual hotel, restaurant and other information. It is about 100 pages shorter and has more photos and more spacing than the usual Lonely Planet guide so is much shorter than the usual guides. It is not useful for travel. Photos are plentiful on the internet. The maps are also not as good as the 11th edition. This publisher did not take time to update and just left all that information out of the book instead. It is NOT a complete guide. Get the older editions or Rough Guides instead. IT SHOULD BE NOTED ON THE SALE WEBSITE THAT THIS EDTION IS A NEW HIGHLY ABREVIATED FORMAT.

You call them and there is no answer a lot of the time. When you do get an answer, it is often someone who does not know much and does not speak useful English and cannot get hold of a supervisor.

It took a long time to get hold of anyone to help. The recording kept asking for a tracking number over and over when I did not have one and that was not the issue.
The website for creating label had problems working. I called their tech assistance line. They had a bunch of people who could not speak understandable english in guatemala who could not figure out what the problem was. I called the corporate office and got more of the same - the Phillipines this time - they did not even know the phone number of the corporate office. Ridiculous sham service.
