Review of David Wilson Homes
When we first started looking at David Wilson homes we were selling our house at the time and was asked by beth if we considered part exchange at one of their selling events when we came to look at some of the show homes and thought we'd give it a try.when we arranged to part exchange on a property we really liked had an offer on the value of our house which was very reasonable so we agreed .we used the mortgage advisors and solicitors they were using for the property's on site gledhills and switalskis solicitors to arrange our mortgage and part exchange paper work for approval which went smoothly and once contracts were exchanged we just sat back and waited for our house to be ready to move in and could stay in our other house while moving day .we have moved in to our fantastic house now absolutely beautiful and also had a visit from Matt the site manager and Beth in the sales office to reassure that any problems they are there to help which does put your mind at ease.part exchange from start to finish has been brilliant thanks to everyone involved in our brand new home move to pocklington!!

Review of Kitchen Door Hub
Have just been asked for a review for a door I haven't even got yet !ordered last month paid £29 for delivery then got an email weeks after saying it was scheduled for delivery which never turned up !had to call customer service which was then told they had problems with their suppliers and it was delayed for the week after.have been told it is a confirmed delivery date but not holding much hope for it.think the price for delivery to get it a month later is shocking hopefully will get the door and not have to deal with them again customer service is very poor.waited for my confirmed delivery date had to call to ask if was been delivered been told another two weeks now not even made !!!! Absolute joke !!

We have a home up for sale and was asked if we had considered part exchange was shown the option and decided to try it .we were given an offer straight away for our property which was very reasonable as we would move out of our house and straight in to our new property when ready with David Wilson homes as our guaranteed buyer pand had help from the site team guiding us with financial advice from gledhills and are now just waiting to move in very smooth so far thanks to Beth and cate and the team would recommend part exchange

Review of DFS Furniture
Went to look for a new sofa at DFS York had no hassle as we looked around when we saw the one we liked called someone over when we needed assistance wasn't the hard sell nice and relaxed.shop assistant Rebecca went through payment options and what options for colour of sofa and any extras we wanted we took the option of three years interest free which was great very straightforward and delivery was before Christmas all done really smoothly!

Review of Prestige Flowers
Ordered a large bouquet of flowers for my wife for our 25th anniversary but the bouquet looked small .have had better from supermarkets very disappointing delivery was ok but not too sure about flowers delivered in a box.dont think will order again

Ordered an electric towel rail was delivered in two parts had to wait for the heating element to be delivered but came four hours after but product looks ok

I am sorry to hear of your feedback about the courier.
Occasionally the couriers will split items up if they have not been able to get them on the same vehicle or it may well have been that the driver did not notice it was multiple items until he found it on a later delivery.
We will of course feed this back to them.

Ordered some heaters for my house but ordered one with a plug instead of hardwired tried to get it changed but had to order another and send other back could have re done order before sending out but collected other one for free with no hassle and was refunded. havent installed heaters yet but service and price of them looks good so far.
