Outstanding service & Price

I contacted 3 reputable companies today regarding an offer I had seen ( which was clearly too good to be true). Scarlet was incredibly thorough, thoughtful and demonstrated absolute confidence in her role and ability to meet our needs. Just from that one phone call I knew this was the person who was getting my business regardless of price. As it happens, Scarlet got us an incredible price and secured stays in the hotels of our choice. This is the 2nd time I’ve used Cruise118, I know as long as I’m fit to do so they will be my go to option, scarlet being our first port call. Thank you for the time and effort you put into this, clearly you love your job and thrive on giving the customer an excellent experience.

Utter SCUMBAGS

Well what a surprise! Wealthy land owners spanking you at the last minute.
Paid for an annual pass earlier in the year with the expectation of visiting the palace at Christmas time.
I checked the terms and conditions at the time of purchasing the tickets and was informed there would be no extra cost to see the palace or the light display apart from certain days and prior to certain times.
Todays visit was a complete disaster, we had to pay to get into the house and we had to pay an extra £30 each to look at lights ( we didn’t) this was completely contrary to the original T&Cs when we bought the annual pass in October. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY FOLKS. I don’t know why I’m surprised, I suppose I expected some form of decency from the Churchill family.

NEVER AGAIN

Bought a mid week trip off WOWCHER to Gdańsk 10-12 December, flights 3 days/2 nights reduced to £79. I’ve bought off WOWCHER for years and had no reason to suspect anything. Unfortunately you have to redeem your voucher before they hit you with a real eye watering reality of your own stupidity for trusting them. HOLIDAYMERCHANT.CO.UK the supplier of the break then tells from an Asian call centre, who clearly do not wish to speak you, that I had bought STANDARD option . The flights provided made it impossible to enjoy the break promised. 1st day land in Poland 23:55hrs leaving 5 minutes of that day left. Then a 3 hour trip to our hotel IF there was transportation available so roughly arriving at our hotel 04:00hrs the next day. Then on the 3rd day our flight was 05:55hrs meaning we needed to be at the airport for 03:55hrs plus the fact it was a 3 hour journey according to the representative. So we’d have to leave approximately 00:55 that day to get to the airport. THIS is their example of a guaranteed 30hrs in the location (NOT THE DESTINATION) in order to get the BETTER flights it was going cost an extra £66 each. More expensive than the original priced holiday £129 reduced to £79.

You are ONLY informed about this once you REDEEM your vouchers. They have taken money and offered me credit as opposed to a refund as the break is still available. I think this practice is morally corrupt. BE WARNED!

O the rare occasions I’ve had to contact customer services, I’ve had a very speedy response and solution. As is the norm, I contacted Octopus customer service and within the hour received a reply and a satisfactory solution. Why would anyone want to move away from this company. Prices are comparable also. The customer service does it for me 🫡

Great prices and great service. There was a total muck up with delivery but Julia was all over it and got it sorted. It appeared that a single person took ownership of the problem and resolved it swiftly. I know that should be the norm but we all know it’s not. So it was a pleasure to shop with them and we will continue to do so. As long as those fabulous discounts keep coming my way 🤣

I won’t lie I was very sceptical as the…

I won’t lie I was very sceptical as the price seemed to good to be true.Their price was £110 cheaper than anywhere else on the web and in store, including the “we’ll match any price” company. (The product isn’t refurbished or slightly damaged it’s brand new). I ordered via phone, the lady was really nice and helpful, delivery was next day and free, the delivery man was extremely polite and took great care during the whole process from van to the home plus the old appliance is taken away free of charge. I will not hesitate in going back to this company in the future. It’s actually a pleasant surprise not be ripped off and experience genuine, top draw customer service, Thank you.

So far so good 🤞

What you see on WOWCHER is the basic travel package, which if I’m honest, for the price, was very good indeed. Terry our customer support advisor dealt with us on the phone (it is an Indian call centre) and was extremely professional. Let’s not beat around the bush Terrys role was to get you to spend more money, HOWEVER! for what I consider a small price TERRY produced a fantastic package deal.
I’ll be honest, it was a too good to be true moment. However all the details have been forwarded to me it is ABTA and for a little over £600 where doing a 2 city location Christmas market 4* Hotels centre locations, train tickets and great flights from Gatwick.

If TERRY has pulled this off and delivers what they say they’ll deliver I’ll go straight back to them.
