EXCELLENT SERVICE 5*

I’ve always gone with Iglu in the past but found their CS to be failing. I came across this company by accident, gave it a go and was put through to Lily. Lily, in my humble opinion is old school customer service, dedicated to getting the best option and provides valuable advice. An EXCELLENT ambassador for the company, so much so I booked a further cruise through her. I’m inclined to say I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my holidays in the future. Great service, I’ll let you know about the cruise later.

Excellent service from the off, I normally book through Iglu but never again, I actually get to speak to real live people EVEN AFTER they've had your money. Joking aside Lily has been amazing and continues to keep us in the loop or ensures we're answered even if it's her day off.

Excellent communication
Excellent delivery
Excellent +++ product,
Not only was I apprehensive about buying such an expensive item, I was also extremely apprehensive about the positive outcomes purported on the web page, but took the leap anyway.
So my item came, really nicely packaged, to my surprise in the box was not only my oil but a tub of gummies. Instantly the reviews I had read supported this suppliers commitment to customer relations.
I’ve taken my first dose and feel quite relaxed and calm, I’ve had 10 spinal operations and albeit I’m very active I do experience a little discomfort now and again. This has almost taken that sensation away, placebo? I don’t care ! it appears to be doing the job almost instantly.

So thank you BLESSED 😇

Excellent service and communication

Excellent service and communication, took my word on trust and delivered without question. VERY honest and customer focused. I’m new to whole CBD oil craze and bought it for back pain, however, I also have sarcoidosis of the lungs and since taking the 1000mg I’ve not needed my inhalers 🤞. Can’t quite get the management under control just yet but I do think something is happening. I’ve had 10+ spinal operations but still work, still go to the gym and have a very positive outlook but always in pain at various levels depending on what I’m doing and time of year, so it’s trial and error at the moment. I may go higher next time and see if it tackles the pain 🤞. However I will only be using this company and product due to their response over a slight issue.

Well, never heard of them before and my EDP was a good £20 cheaper here than anywhere else. Red flag 🟥 in many other cases but went on trust pilot read the reviews and went for it.
SO GLAD I DID. Free delivery, no messing around. Will definitely use again.

The paper quality is very poor and has been a nightmare to hang, The delivery was superb and can’t really fault the service or the product and would warrant 5* but the wallpaper purchased by myself is very poor. I’ll have to take this on the chin as it was 50% off.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs, they’ve messed up my meter readings, they’ve got my meters associated with another address, I’ve been waiting for an answer since 25/05/2021 and NO ONE has had the decency to get back in touch.

I’m in the process of leaving after 1 month,, 1 MONTH? and no doubt they try and charge me the exit fee. I have no idea where they’ve got this excellent customer service rating from. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour, never again.

Even their overt promise for someone to get in touch with me in response to this review hasn’t happened.

Shameful and a rip off

Shameful and a rip off, how they’ve been allowed to get away with this all under the umbrella excuse of Covid, needs investigating.

£60 to see a cow a deer and a pig, apparently the supporter contact coordinator? emailed me when I complained told me that it was all on the website, I’m still looking. I understand certain thing could be restricted, but ‘everything’ come on?

It was empty, everything closed but yet they still felt that the £60 was worth it.

Support more honourable Zoos as these clowns believe it’s lawful and acceptable to display nothing and not provide a refund or a complimentary visit, when they’re actually fully up and running. I know of no other place where this would be accepted.
