I’m renewing this year, I own a 2013 XF S 3.0 and the dreaded manifold cover gasket blew, approx £1000 repair, they authorised and repair commenced and completed within 48hrs AND the paid the Jaguar dealer directly.

UK: DON’T purchase from this site (which has UK website) unless you’re happy to pay a sizeable customs charge. This is NOT made clear a point of purchase. It has taken 4 weeks and several emails for the items to arrive. You think the savings are good, please don’t be fooled. Genuinely not happy with this deceitful practice.

I just so happened to deal with Dave/David every time I phoned He was outstanding, courteous, knowledgeable and empathetic. I was very sceptical about the warranty but. Within 30mins of receiving the claim from Droitwich Jaguar it was authorised, no excess AND they paid the bill.
I will be definitely be taking out another warranty with this company and recommending them to anyone who’ll listen to me 🤣 THANK YOU RAMP. It was completely stress free given the stressful situation
