Can't believe ebay got a score of 83% negative responses and got a neve to start charging buyers a fee after 4th Feb .
Well it's good bye from him and a good bye from me .

Just had a email saying from 4th Feb their will be a buyer's fee of 4% of the buying price plus 75p flat fee , well that had killed ebay for me , good buy ebay .

Absolutely useless customer service. I rang to explain that my fire smoke alarm failed, model SB1 batch number 20502.
I didn't want a refund or replacement as I already replace the faulty item . Lady on phone wasn't interested at all , only told me to get in touch with Amazon which I did only to be told to contact Fire Angel customer service. The item was covered with a 3 year warranty. The main problem I had was it was going off when I wasn't in and our neighbour was so worried they contact me at work I had to travel home only to find it was a faulty item. Don't bother with Fire Angel as I feel they are a very cheap product made in China rubbish. Better ones out there and you need to train your staff in customer service.

Went into the Barbour store in Shrewsbury to purchase a scarf for my wife for xmas to go with her lovely Barbour jacket only to find it was made in China. I definitely didn't purchase the item just hope they don't start having their jackets made there .

Why ,why have you reduced the 100g down to 85g on the original pouches?????.would like a answer. I think it's down to out right greed . Nothing to do with dietary requirements at all just profit and greed , Awful. I for one won't be buying any more.

Went to my local sainsbury's store to bye my usual fliex 40 pounch box of cat food only to find that the 100g pounch are now 85g. Absolutely awful it is a total Rip off. It has also messed up my cats feeding routine now. They know how hard it is to change to another brand as cats are very fussy eaters but I have no choice now as I can't afford it. Shameful on you . Sick and tried of company's reduceding the quantities of their products especially this time when most people are hard up . Awful.

Don't buy any Hills rotary washing line as the 10 year warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on . The company has gone into liquidation in June 24th and companies are still advertising the hills rotary washing line with 10 years warranty. ????

Laundry company are still advertising Hills rotary washing line with a 10 year warranty which they know is unless as Hills have gone into liquidation. I and spoken to them and they said they will only give a 1 year warranty. Isn't this false advertisement. ???

Far better then Royal mail. At least you get regular updates and follow your parcel progress.

My neighbour came around with my hospital appointment letter in her hand. She found it inside a flyer which Royal mail delivered. It fell out of the flyer as she was about to bin it . Absolutely dreadful. Not only wrong address but inside a flyer . Also while I'm on a roll . Orderd two dispatched on the 29th April. One by courier the other by Royal mail . Same postage for 48 hours delivery. Guess what courier came tues 2nd April, still not received the one from Royal mail yet , its now Friday the 5th . Absolutely dreadful service and they got the cheek to rise the prices . I will try my upmost to advoid Royal mail. Disgraceful.

Went to my local Trek store to look at the new FX3 hybrid cycle. I was so disappointed with the build quality. The welding of the frame was shocking. I ask the assistant regarding this and he said the FX3 are made in China not Taiwan. I walked away . Cheap, nasty bike. Made in China.

Got a old boardman comp which I still ride today great bike , went to Halford for a replacement, really disappointed with the newer version. Plastic break leaves, (mine aluminium). Cheap breaks,and gears . My old one all spram high spec.
They really cut corners on the boardmans. To replace mine with the same specifications the guy from Halford said you looking at well over £1000 Mark.
The new boardman hybrid is a cheap replacement from the old Hybrid. Not worth the money . I walked away .

Purchase the i3 shaver. The shaver is ok but few 3 things I'm not happy with at all . 1 No case
2 2 pin plug you need to buy an adapter.
3 I dropped mine in the shower and broke the plastic comb attachment so contacted customs service for a replacement comb at my cost as it was my fault but was told no attachment available. Sorry but for the cost of the razor the first two things above should be standard. I do my research next time.

Unbelievable, the amount of stress you have cause me and my wife is unacceptable. I arranged this appointment over a week ago . Why wasn't I told about the free pre dental check before Tanya's operation.? That would have prepared us with a proper estimate. We had to make special arrangements to bring Tanya in tomorrow. I had to chase you up for the estimate because you didn't send it me by email as promised . The whole experience so far has been very confusing and distressing . It is disappointing you had to cancel Tanya's operation by email rather than speaking to me on the phone . I really think you didn't have Tanya's welfare at heart it's all about money. This was at lawley veterinary practice. Regarding the removal of 3 to possibly 4 teeth £731. I managed to raise £500 but cancelled the day before the operation saying till I can raise the full amount. I went to another vet and quoted me just over £400 and after care included. Please, please shop around.

If people are still buying walkers crisps then they need their heads looking at . The price they charge for a six pack now is sicking. They should be ashamed of themselves. Is it to pay off the money debt you had to pay Gary Linker for the TV advert??? . Go to Aldi six pack 85 pence yes you read right 85 pence and still make a profit and they taste great .

Think Walkers really need to look at the reviews. Mulit packs of 6 crisps have gone through the roof ridiculous. £1.85 .
Wow. I haven't brought or will ever again at those silly prices. I stopped buying them when they reached £1.45 . Time to eat healthy folks .

What a shameful shambles. The staff and security staff get a kick from pissing people off. Their attitude is shocking and rude. They got this I don't care attitude.
They really need to have proper training in customer care and treat people with patience and respect. Anywhere else they would have been sacked . Just look at the reviews. Disgraceful

Can't fault this company at all, from the very well packing of their furniture to their fantastic customer service. It is not very often you see all of this in one company now day's. Well done . Orderd two bedside tables . Had to rearrange the delivery date , no problem at all, Lisa and their staff was brilliant in sorting it all out for me . Kept me updated. Bedside tables were well packed and lovely.

Think Mr Warburton really need to look at all the negative reviews. Trying to save money so he can pay Samuel Jackson.
Bread is a part of our stable diet and should and never be costly. Shame on you Mr Warburton, your grandfather be turning in his grave .
