I ordered an oval resin sign with crossed flags (Canada and UK). I am over the moon with the finished result, it will be travelling with us to Canada as a thank you gift for our son and daughter in law when we stay with them in September. It took a while which I knew it would because the signs are hand painted and the website quite clearly states that the lead time is 6-8 weeks. I asked when mine would be ready and it arrived 3 days before the due date. If you want a sign in a hurry you won't get it here but you won't be disappointed with the end result. The sign is perfect, the customer service was good. I can't fault them and would definitely recommend. If you want to know how long your sign will take, read the delivery terms or just ask!

I've ordered several times from Hodmedods and the experience has always been great.
Their products are amazing and customer service is exceptional. There was a little glitch on my last order with an incorrect product sent, I contacted them and got a response by return. The correct item was sent out immediately and I was even given a recipe for how to use the incorrect item. I just love that I can buy rare and healthy grains and pulses that are grown in the UK from a small company with ethics that suit me. Highly recommended!

Great service from the lovely Ben who demonstrated the German and Japanese knives. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ben wasn’t in store when I came back with my partner to purchase but the lady who served us was great. We bought the German 8 knife set. Lovely solid, good looking and perfectly weighted knives. I’m looking forward the using them for years to come. .

I was kept informed by text message. The delivery slot was correct and on the day I received a text to tell me I was the next delivery. The guys were friendly and helpful. Can’t fault the service, highly recommended.

The slippers I bought for my mother seemed to be very nice but were much too small. She is normally a 6 shoe so we always buy size 7 in slippers but these were very small - at least half an inch shorter than her previous size 7 slippers. I returned them and was refunded but larger size is not available.

We needed storage for a few months while we had home renovations done and Cinch Self Storage in Letchworth proved to be the perfect solution. Parking and access were great, our unit and the whole facility were clean and safe, trolleys were always available. Lauren and Zac in the office were friendly and professional and they made our whole experience as painless as possible. Definitely service with a smile - highly recommended

What a revelation my new Quooker has been! Instant boiling water for drinks; perfect for cooking veg such as peas/sweetcorn; great for thawing out portions of frozen rice/barley etc; great for pre-cooking pasta and no kettle in sight :-). No more laborious kettle descaling and I'm sure we're saving energy and water as we only ever use what we need. Filtered water on tap and it looks good too. What's not to love?

After porting my number to Lebara I had a problem with the number on the device not updating in my Apple ID. I tried all the hacks I found on the internet with no success so tried the Lebara live chat. Munjila was so helpful and gave me instructions about what to do with the phone. Bingo! It was all sorted within minutes. I’m a very happy customer 😀. Thank you Lebara and thank you Munjila. Great customer service

Service in the store was good. The assistants were very pleasant and the store is set out well. My only criticism is that cooking with stainless steel frying pans is a very different technique and, although I asked if pans needed seasoning or if there was anything I needed to know about stainless frying, the assistant had no idea what I was talking about. I only found out by trying a pan when I got home, failing miserably (food stuck on and a real mess) and then looking on YouTube to find out how it should be done. It’s a bit of a palaver so I will be returning 2 of the 3 pans I bought. Having said that, the pans seem to be good quality and the handles really do stay cool which is great. But more info on cooking techniques needed for stainless newbies like me hence the 3 stars

I only have 1 medication so I can’t guarantee it would work for more complex needs but I was very impressed by the ease of use and the speed of the service. I’ll definitely be recommending it to others - so much better then standing in an interminable queue at Boots

Hattie's new drying coat arrived quickly and was just what we wanted. the service was great and the coat is excellent - good quality and works well

I absolutely love my new Dyson V10 Animal. I just wish I'd bought one years ago as it has revolutionised my life. Black Labrador hairs are no longer an issue; no more having to drag out the big plug in vacuum cleaner every few days as I can just whip round with the v10 cordless every morning in minutes. Battery life is amazing (I've never got below 2 bars); emptying is a doddle and even with a moulting dog the bin size is fine. I had a minor problem with one of the tools and although the live chat on the website was pretty rubbish, a tweet to @askDyson on twitter resulted in a new tool being dispatched by return. I can't fault anything about the machine or the service.

Pretty dreadful service. Items took 11 weeks to arrive and the tracking service was useless. Customer service at Bonitasshoppe did respond to my e-mails until I asked for my money back when all communication stopped. When they did finally arrive the bras were pretty awful; cheap fabric, badly made, they didn't fit and the design was ridiculous, not at all the innovative products that caught my eye on Instagram. Silly me for falling for a slick advert; won't happen again.

Hattie loves going to Country Boarding! After her initial excitement when she greets the reception staff with enthusiasm she is embarrassingly keen to trot off with the kennel staff without a backward glance. Sad for us but a testament to the care she receives during her stays. The booking in process is seamless and we are confident our beloved girl is in excellent hands. We wouldn’t consider sending Hattie anywhere else
