I absolutely love my new Dyson V10 Animal. I just wish I'd bought one years ago as it has revolutionised my life. Black Labrador hairs are no longer an issue; no more having to drag out the big plug in vacuum cleaner every few days as I can just whip round with the v10 cordless every morning in minutes. Battery life is amazing (I've never got below 2 bars); emptying is a doddle and even with a moulting dog the bin size is fine. I had a minor problem with one of the tools and although the live chat on the website was pretty rubbish, a tweet to @askDyson on twitter resulted in a new tool being dispatched by return. I can't fault anything about the machine or the service.
