Disgraceful!
I've only given 1 star because you have to click on something! After much research and speaking with many advisors I signed up to SP to take advantage of the EV rate, which I was assured on numerous occasions would be activated once my smart meter had been upgraded from first generation to 2nd. 3 advisors assured me this would be fine in November and that I would need to call on our after 27th Octobet to arrange. Upon calling, I was advised that my area is not smart meter ready and nothing could be done...I have had a smart meter for 3 years!!!!!!!!!
Thus, 48 hours after switching from a decent company, who couldn't provide an EV rate, I am searching for another company who do and can. Scottish Power simply can't! Such a waste of time and energy.

And, if anything is wrong (it happens to everyone at some time or another, let's be reasonable), eSpares are quick to respond and resolve, with an exceptionally pleasant attitude. There is no reason whatsoever not to order from this company. They are excellent.
