Fantastic option I feel it is a much better more honest vet situation I can control.
Instead of huge fees for a consultation it is all included with my local vet.

The cottage was nice and easy to book. However no reminder of your booking just before. It says contact owner if there’s an issue but then it was managed by Sykes? It took them over 6 hours to communicate that information I had to call again after being directed to a message centre? Just confusing I’d recommend Hardwick Cottages are much more professional with communication and don’t leave you wondering or communicate in correctly

The company was sold to Hancock & Gore in September 2024 and sadly they are just unable to deliver the service. We have been waiting for a school coat since October the due date gets pushed continuously we don’t have up dates we have to contact them. Our son has to wear the school coat and the company just can’t provide it? It was due October then November then early December and late December and now mid January? The usable value of it is decreasing and they don’t offer any support? They just say they are working on it? However I can’t imagine it’s really workable as it’s been due in since August? They could have found a supplier to provide a workable option of coat in the 5 months? It will soon be spring and not needed so he will freeze for a year then use it for 3-4 months before leaving his education it is just not reasonable and I feel I should have a discount to reflect that. You have to buy from them so you’re trapped and they just don’t seem to be bothered at all? Such a shame the company was great but greed got the better I suppose! Any school looking just go elsewhere and find a company whom is able to deliver your uniform effectively!!

The company communications is not the best. The packaging is awful so when you buy you most expensive deodorant in the world you loose a lot as it’s a metal tube that breaks and tricky even with there expensive product to help this. But the deodorant it’s self is the best it works! Just a real shame they haven’t really thought about the customer experience just selling it.

The initial interaction was lovely very supportive and I had some samples to see if it worked. It did I was very pleased! I went to buy it during April as they had some offers on! I was going to get 4 products for £185! So still over £45 a product. As I was a new customer I could get £10 off my order and it just wouldn’t work. So I contacted them initially as I didn’t get the code. So slightly annoyed by that. I work long weeks so didn’t have time during the week. They emailed my code so the next weekend I put it all together but no didn’t work! So emailed in again. I was told I couldn’t get the April deal and the £10 off? I said but I’d be a customer then it’s still going to be a£175 order and a happy customer? Why would you not want a new customer? I was so fed up! But I knew the product was good! They wouldn’t budge for £10 despite making so much money on there products! Very old fashion approach to marketing? For the cost of what say £200 with poss 20 new happy customers giving the £10 off their first order they would prefer a disgruntled one who spent 3 weeks trying to make the order, missing the £10 then missing some of the products as they sold out trying to understand the deal. The whole experience was just a huge disappointment! To be fair the cream works and it looks like they have some lovely products but I’d prefer to see if I can get similar elsewhere for natural products if possible as they where just so cold to deal with clearly money money money! I even ask if I could have the £10 new customer as a credit to come back? But they just ignored me. The long and short it wouldn’t matter that much to thrm to have given me the £10 off there product there ingredients are not expensive ones they have a great deal going on which is great! But need a refresher in marketing!

The actual test was fantastic very nice ladies. Easy and convenient! Customer service of the company shocker!!! I could view all my results as soon as they where ready through an on line portal so there is no rush to print the hard copy booklet! We went away shortly after my appointment so I did the home samples on my return. I advised them of this and that I wished to have just 1 booklet with all my results with in it! However once you have paid your money and had your check up your quickly just a number I was told this wasn’t happening they would send my booklet and all the results on different bits of paper when ever they came through! Despite saying I wanted it delayed to contain it all! They just printed and posted because they just want to tick there boxes. Also I read it’s a bit unsupported as there are no family history checks they don’t sit down and talk the results it’s just a go to your GP! ✅ but the nurses where very professional caring and lovely so thank you!! But I’d advise another company for services and equally a bit more back ground

18 year old girl left with flat tyre for over 6 hours! Would still be there now if mother had not helped out. Car tyre still not fixed with constant promises of we will be there in 3 hours, we will contact you in 30 mins, we will be there between this time and that. They promise the world and provide nothing. They clearly have no staff and no commitment. They put vulnerable people in vulnerable dangerous situations thinking they are going to help. I had to push and cry to be collected by a taxi after waiting 6 hours in a cold car on the side of a A road on someone's driveway I didn't know. Never use this company they are awful!! Nearly 18.5 hours later my car is still awaiting a flat tyre change?? With the time this is going to happen changing all the time it was 8am, then 12 noon now 3pm. I am at work and need my parents to help it is an absolute joke! Do not use this company honestly you would be just messed around and left without anything. Guess what moved to 5pm we called 4.30pm and they said someone would be there 5.10pm no one came and told 7pm???? Unbelievable! So leaving the car again over 24 hours of RAC incompetency

I am trying to process my food shop which took me 2 hours to get together through John lewis. I went through to pay and it says it is sending a code to my phone which it does a lot. I am getting emails saying they are having difficulty sending the code. i called them to resolve quickly assuming they can give me a code or email me a code to just process my order and no they wont help at all after 20 mins on there automated service when all i wanted to do is speak to someone i could not seem to get through till a swore then it clicked me through to the most unhelpful women in a banking department. my only option is to loose my huge food shop with John Lewis whom have gone down hill as an employer, provider, since covid. It s better and cheaper to go to ALDI

This company does not have customer service or a support area. I am sorting some pictures for home and want to process a really big order just over £1000. Obviously this includes some discount vouchers. Just being wise I wanted to do a quick order on just 1 product to check quality etc. they could not process this without emptying my basket I took a day to sort! 2’s now as it has all taken so long!! Then I have to set up another account to do the 1 frame order and say as I have had to do this can I have £6 credit off my huge order as a gesture of goodwill? Guess what £6 is a no!! They can’t even give us that they would prefer to loose my business and offer a discount voucher that can’t be used with my already saved bits. They have been so unhelpful and their uploading of photos takes ages as you do 1 at a time. No pre basket or save for later so you can take as I have hours to get everything together for it all to vanish. Like talking to a robot via customer services computer says no! I’m now looking at photo box which looks much easier and better. I would not recommend my picture they seem rubbish and really unhelpful I would worry on my large order as I feel if quality isn’t good they would not help and I’d be stuck with £1300 worth of rubbish!
You then email me and say customer service will help me submit a big order? I have been communicating with customer service for over a month and this is not correct they haven’t and won’t? Read what I’ve written that’s how your customer service behaved!

absolute rubbish service, we get text saying they are on there way we have 3 people in the house a sign on door saying please use side door and what do they do stick a card through the door and leave it in the next village? We dont have time to go and collect it from Twyford which is why it was delivered to our house. If we where not in then we would have left instructions. they are too quick to think and now refuse to deliver our package. Use another company as we have many packages delivered all the time it only seems to be the DPD ones whom mess up.

Most painful way to sell anything! No response from the company when I was trying to understand the process, missed a buyer because I didn’t have the app. Then managed to sell my product for less than I wanted to in error. Wasn’t sure when to send of the buyer had payed took ages to get a response form the company to say yes send them had to chase payment 2’s they did pay as it says after 72 hours you will receive in 24 hours via PayPal! No updates on my portal like they said I would. When I finally got a helpful agent through there text message she couldn’t work out why I hadn’t got money either? Stick to eBay where it’s a nice simple process you get clear up dates and there is a phone number with a person. I’ve asked 3 times for so

I had the same problem really was not clear it would come and i would have £119.52 duty and tax bill. So i have messaged Fedex to return as I cant afford that on top of what i paid. Customer services are slow unclear and not very helpful? They send all items bought separately very confusing and unclear. I am sure the products are good no idea.
