After placing and paying for my order I later get notified delivery has been delayed and still not received!

The initial interaction was lovely very supportive and I had some samples to see if it worked. It did I was very pleased! I went to buy it during April as they had some offers on! I was going to get 4 products for £185! So still over £45 a product. As I was a new customer I could get £10 off my order and it just wouldn’t work. So I contacted them initially as I didn’t get the code. So slightly annoyed by that. I work long weeks so didn’t have time during the week. They emailed my code so the next weekend I put it all together but no didn’t work! So emailed in again. I was told I couldn’t get the April deal and the £10 off? I said but I’d be a customer then it’s still going to be a£175 order and a happy customer? Why would you not want a new customer? I was so fed up! But I knew the product was good! They wouldn’t budge for £10 despite making so much money on there products! Very old fashion approach to marketing? For the cost of what say £200 with poss 20 new happy customers giving the £10 off their first order they would prefer a disgruntled one who spent 3 weeks trying to make the order, missing the £10 then missing some of the products as they sold out trying to understand the deal. The whole experience was just a huge disappointment! To be fair the cream works and it looks like they have some lovely products but I’d prefer to see if I can get similar elsewhere for natural products if possible as they where just so cold to deal with clearly money money money! I even ask if I could have the £10 new customer as a credit to come back? But they just ignored me. The long and short it wouldn’t matter that much to thrm to have given me the £10 off there product there ingredients are not expensive ones they have a great deal going on which is great! But need a refresher in marketing!

Excellent service . No complaints what’s so ever

I used to buy the Body Shop ‘Luxury Flannel’ but this was discontinued about a year ago, so I was delighted to find that Pevonia did exactly the same product (but with lovely colours!). It’s amazing for removing skincare without having to splash water on your face and rub it with a towel. My skin is always perfect when I’m routinely using these.

Pevonia Phyto Gel Cleanser is the best product I have used!

Always use Pevonia and get many comments on how good my skin looks, even from beauticians.
Wish packing was better so you could get to the last drop and in cleansing lotion.

Love their marine collagen cream always arrives promptly

Wonderful products, I bought the Hydrating cleanser and toner leaves skin beautifully hydrated. Easy to use website and easy to track order.

I’m yet to use the products, however delivery was swift and any issues I had was sorted out quickly. Everybody I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I bought the "crepe no more" travel size to try have not yet used it, the gift you sent eye makeup remover is a great product
