The Most unhelpful supportive service on the market
I am trying to process my food shop which took me 2 hours to get together through John lewis. I went through to pay and it says it is sending a code to my phone which it does a lot. I am getting emails saying they are having difficulty sending the code. i called them to resolve quickly assuming they can give me a code or email me a code to just process my order and no they wont help at all after 20 mins on there automated service when all i wanted to do is speak to someone i could not seem to get through till a swore then it clicked me through to the most unhelpful women in a banking department. my only option is to loose my huge food shop with John Lewis whom have gone down hill as an employer, provider, since covid. It s better and cheaper to go to ALDI
