The most unhelpful company
This company does not have customer service or a support area. I am sorting some pictures for home and want to process a really big order just over £1000. Obviously this includes some discount vouchers. Just being wise I wanted to do a quick order on just 1 product to check quality etc. they could not process this without emptying my basket I took a day to sort! 2’s now as it has all taken so long!! Then I have to set up another account to do the 1 frame order and say as I have had to do this can I have £6 credit off my huge order as a gesture of goodwill? Guess what £6 is a no!! They can’t even give us that they would prefer to loose my business and offer a discount voucher that can’t be used with my already saved bits. They have been so unhelpful and their uploading of photos takes ages as you do 1 at a time. No pre basket or save for later so you can take as I have hours to get everything together for it all to vanish. Like talking to a robot via customer services computer says no! I’m now looking at photo box which looks much easier and better. I would not recommend my picture they seem rubbish and really unhelpful I would worry on my large order as I feel if quality isn’t good they would not help and I’d be stuck with £1300 worth of rubbish!
You then email me and say customer service will help me submit a big order? I have been communicating with customer service for over a month and this is not correct they haven’t and won’t? Read what I’ve written that’s how your customer service behaved!
