Had a very good experience. Prompt response, came the same day and solved the problem. The windows were not locking and with the windy and cold weather it was getting really uncomfortable in the house. Issue fixed in less than 30 minutes and we feel warm again :).

Just had to call in expert help when the lock seized on one of our doors. Found CJ Locks (Colin Pennington) via Facebook post and called him. He attended promptly, diagnosed and fixed the problem in not much longer than an hour. Not only that but gave sound advice on how our door was fitted, which I will follow up on. A pleasure to recommend a proper professional.

Our front door slammed shut with the yale lock in the the locked position. Colin got all James Bond with his equipment and got us back in without causing any damage to the door or lock. Fantastic happy and honest customer service at a great price. Highly recommend.

My front door lock was jammed Colin came out within 20 minutes of me calling him in the early evening.
Not only did he repair the lock but he also stop the door from catching on the floor.
This lock had been playing up some considerable time and I have already had a locksmith out to try and rectify the problem who couldn't fully.
Colin spent a considerable amount of time making sure the door handle/lock was easy for me to operate.
I cannot recommend this tradesman highly enough.
His fee was extremely reasonable.
