Rude Customer Service after blocking my card

So Nets.dk blocked my debit card because I was online shopping for some clothes online. Then the company I purchased the item from double charged me afterward. When I called Nets.dk to give them feedback about this sad situation (also because it's my first time this happened and I didn't even know Nets existed before), the phone operator told me, in his word "it's life". He then lectured me about how if this was a credit thief in a different situation, I would be happy they blocked my card. Well it wasn't the situation and I didn't need the lecture as I didn't sign up for my card to be blocked. Now I have to wait until next week to get a word from the company on when I will get my money back.

Thank you very much for the review. We are working on behalf of the banks and they have signed up for fraud prevention. Sometimes it turns out not to be fraud but we prefer to be on the safe side. I hope that you get your money back.
