Poor quality product

Purchased eufy cameras and door bell 10 months ago it all worked reasonably well apart from the battery life on the door bell is poor 3 months if you are lucky the home base alarm is useless as an alarm box not loud enough . The home base as now pact up I have reported this to eufy under the warranty but I am still waiting for a replacement . I WIULD NOT RECOMEND EUFY TO ANY ONE .

Purchased a new shark vacuum on the…

Purchased a new shark vacuum on the first day of use it stopped working I left the vacuum
For 30 minutes to cool down I then tried it again only to find it stopped working again so I contacted customer services I said it was faulty and I wanted a refund which they agreed to .
Shark asked me to review the vacuum which I did I said exactly what I have said hear only to get a email from shark saying they could not publish the review as in so many words it was confusing to there customers in other words they just wanted me to say good things about the vacuum NOT BAD .

Not impressed

Unable to really say much about vacuum as it stopped working within the 1st 10 minutes of use I did what it said on the instructions to leave it for 60 minutes which I did it started again and then promptly stopped never to run again .
The only thing I can say is the customer services were very good and soon arranged to have it returned for a full refund .so it looks like I will be keeping my old Dyson that goes on and on and on .

Just purchased the latest upright Shark…

Just purchased the latest upright Shark vacuum tried it the first day and it packed up left it for 60 mins as they recommend it started again and promptly packed up again rang Shark who were very good and said send it back and we will refund your money .
So I think I will stick with my old Dyson that just keeps going on and on and on .

Save your cash and use Amazon

Recently tried to get two antler table lamps from next only to find that they were damaged ,so we decided to order them online for £130 we paid extra to have them delivered the next day between 12.00&13.00 hours .Guess what no delivery rang customer services only to be told that they were still in the warehouse and we would not get them until the next week .£10 refund as a gesture of good will . Wished we had ordered off AMAZON I won’t be using Next again absolute wast of my time .

Very pleased with the price and the service needed a new battery the prise was comparable with euro car parts but they don’t offer a fitting service
The fitter came on time and completed the job in no time the fitter was very experienced and friendly top job.

Just been to Toby Carvery Norton canes…

Just been to Toby Carvery Norton canes they are certainly trying to get the money back that they lost during lock down loads of veg and potatoes but best of look at finding any meat on your plate I have had moor on a beef sandwich at Morrison’s
We ordered pigs in blankets and never got them they had sold out of nearly all the puddings .
I have had better meals in Morrisons super market .
Won’t be going again

I recently stayed at premier inns…

I recently stayed at premier inns Bispham Blackpool the rooms are very clean and tidy all be it a little tired
The room I had was room 15 the reason I mention this is because they have parked a mobile freezer truck out side the bedroom window and this is running all night the freezer truck is for the pub and switches off and on all night long .it drives you nuts so don’t expect a good nights sleep Breakfast was alright though.

A BIG WORD OF WARNING ALDI RETURNS

I have always thought of Aldi as a good company but recently I purchased a hot tub that was faulty I have tried to return this twice under the warranty .But Aldi use a useless company called XDP for returns and they never turn up when they say they will so you keep ringing up each day trying to arrange another collection .Now I blame Aldi for this they know exactly what XPD are like ,just bad review after bad review COME ON ALDI GET RID THEY ARE BRINGING YOU DOWN.

What an rubbish company I can only echo all the previous comments on 1 star , don’t bother using this company they are not reliable at all they never turn up use Hermes far better service and a lot cheaper a lot more professional.

I have just come back from Duhelm Cannock ,I was told at the door that I could not pay with cash as I am 70 years of age I don’t have a bank card so I was unable to purchase anything so they have lost a sale and I won’t be going there again .

Update from yesterday 17/5/2020 I…REFUND

Update from yesterday 17/5/2020 I received a phone call this morning from hoseasons customer care saying they are going to refund all my money .which is great news as I have been asking for a refund not a voucher the person on the phone was very apologetic about what had happened and as assured me the money will be refunded back to my credit card in the next 28 days .all being well.

robbing pensioners

Just an update about this dreadful company I have been fighting to get a refund from this company I was travelling to a lodge on Monday 18/5/2020 for my 70th birthday because of covid 19 I am unable to go but this company won’t refund my money I have reported them to trading standard and also resolve with no joy as a pensioner £491 is a lot of money to me this is an unfair and heartless company please don’t book with them you won’t get what you booked.
