Changed fro the well chemist as I never got my prescription on time or I had to queue up every month .
I changed to pharmacy 2 you and they have been great always on time always correct sent by Royal Mail just hope they don’t change to Evri or I will be back to the chemist as they are usless

Tui no longer give receipts on the…

Tui no longer give receipts on the plane for any food or drink that you purchase
They say you will get a receipt later on in the flight Best of look with that .

And they don’t want to print off Boarding Pass’s as it’s using there time and Paper .

I am sorry to hear that you were not able to get a receipt during your flight for in-flight purchases and were not able to print your boarding passes.

Our teams in store are still able to print boarding passes, although please be aware that paper boarding passes may not be needed as long as you're flying with TUI airways as you can use the boarding pass on your phone instead.

Not very good I asked for the policy to be posted to me as yeti have not received these which is a bit concerning . This as now been resolved and I have received the policy in the post this morning,I think maybe I am not as patient as I used to be as I am getting older my apologies and best regards . Mike .

Just come back from ripoff EGO Cannock .
Visited this place 2 years ago and I wasn’t impressed then and the only thing that as changed is the price it’s still the same old menu and the same rubbish service small servings £8.95 for sticky toffee pudding you are having a laugh that as got to be the most expensive in the Midlands. NEVER AGAIN WILL I AND MY FAMILY STEP FOOT IN THIS PLACE .

Don’t bother with this credit card even if you are excepted to try and register for M&S Banking it’s a nightmare especially if you forget your pass word you are left going around in circles PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. USLESS Even if you try to pay by phone it’s just as bad the sooner I get a card with another bank the better .

The automated credit card payment…

The automated credit card payment service is a waste of time you put all the details in and you get this STUPID CODE TO PUT IN AND THEN YOU ARE PUT THROUGH TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE to someone that can’t speak English or understand it .Whats the point of an automated phone service if you are then put through to an advisor. Absolute RUBBISH.

They automatically renew for next year without sending you notice of the price they just take the money out of your bank they say they have sent a renewal email a month before so be warned if you don’t cancel auto renewal they will rob you blind . Shame really they could be a good company .

100% PROFITEERING

Went to the Cannock range today to buy a home brew sterilisation ki for £11.99 that is what it was marked up as when I came to pay I was told it was now £12.99 I refused to pay the extra £1 and they reluctantly reduced it to £11.99 NOW THIS LOOKS LIKE PROFITEERING TO ME I can understand new stock going up but not existing stock that STINKS .
SO PLEASE CHECK THE PRICES WHEN YOU GO TO THE TILL .
I have just received a very feeble reply from Judy at the Range saying they have no control over fluctuating prices as I said NEW STOCK I ACCEPT THE PRICE CAN GO UP BUT NOT EXISTING STOCK .Which they have already displayed .

Grumpy staff

We visited Cannock store today the staff we found were very abrupt & grumpy over the pricing of the Pokémon cards which were marked at £13.99 and when it went through the till it came up as £21.99 with this we said it was priced up wrong and was not required CAN YOU PLEASE MAKE SURE ITEMS ARE PRICED RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE TO SAVE CONFUSION . In future we will shop at the Aldridge store we’re the staff are polite and helpful .

Have things double checked

I have used this garage for several years but the last two times I have been told I need a new battery as the battery was only showing 43% charge so I had a new battery fitted then t took the car back after 6 months for a service and was told that this battery needed replacing as it was at 33% charge with this I took the car to a independent garage who tested the battery and was told there was nothing wrong with the battery and the health check showed 95% .
Don’t take their word for it have things double checked.

Avoid food in any Green King Pub .

Recently visited a Green King pub in Cheslinhay Cannock very nice pub inside the staff very nice the food was a complete let down menu was very limited The salad that came with the lasagna was limp chips burnt we had coffee and I have had better coffee from pond land . But I think this is normal with a Green King pub .

This company relies on BOT or TOBI to do its customer services if you manage to get past these then you might be in with a chance of talking to a human, But to be fair they are not much better .
Please use another broadband company because you will regret using Vodaphone they are rubbish.
